Deputy x Seeds
———

You knew this was a bad idea.
An absolutely horrible idea,
But how could you resist the opportunity to peg John Seed in the face with a paint ball.
No murder; just fun for once.
Maybe they would appreciate it. As soon as the door to the church opened whoever it was, was met with a blur of blue to the face [ow].
They screeched and you ducked behind the barrel trying to keep your laughter down.
You rose back up beside your cover and aimed for another panicking peggie; and smirking you shot them too. By now you knew they had spotted you, but they didn't show the normal aggressiveness they usually would.
Soon they figured out where you were and you expected for them to shoot you.

It never came, but you did get pegged in the back. It spooked you enough to force you to turn around.
The eldest Seed grinned down at you and you knew today was going to be a good one.
You're sure this could go on for hours. You and the three others all pegging one another with the multi-coloured bullets. Laughing and enjoying the least violent war you had all ever been in. You were shocked Jacob didn't snag you and drag you into the church, but you were glad he had some sense of mercy.

Soon enough more and more peggies began to join in. Some taking your side even; and you were having fun for once because none of you had the thought of murder tearing at your minds.
It made you wonder if you were right about this being a bad idea when you were all pretty damn happy.

Faith and Joseph where nowhere to be seen, likely still in the church.
You felt relaxed, other then the few aches that had begun to form on your body. You were just about to shoot John when the church doors swung open.
You dreaded the sight.
A red-faced Joseph was standing in the doorway, his lips pulled into a frown.
It wasn't a good look for him, but you could understand his anger, as the church and the homes around it were covered with paints of different colours.
You slowly sank behind your cover [though he and his siblings had already seen you] and proceeded to try to sneak away.
You knew Jacob would do this, but he snatched you up by the back of your shirt.
You weren't really a violent deputy; you were just reckless. Being brought face to face with the middle Seed was a little off your favourite things, but you gave him a grin anyways.

"I hope you like re-painting, deputy."
You almost whined, because you knew your next days would be filled with that awful peggie mayonnaise colour and pining from the brothers and sister alike, but you were a little excited.
