Chapter 2: Blaine

(Natalie's p.o.v)

"Hi Blaine, nice to meet you. I'm Natalie." I say. "So how are you liking McKinley so far? You're new right?" Blaine asked. "Yeah I am new. It's alright I guess. No one has talked to me, except you of course" I answered. Blaine smiled at me. "Don't worry. It was like that for me at first too. Then I joined the glee club and made lots of friends." Blaine said.

I was confused. "Glee club? What is that?" I asked. Blaine looked at me like I was crazy. "You don't know what glee club is?" he asked. "It's an awesome club with singing and dancing and it's a lot of fun. You should join!" He paused then quickly added "I mean, if you like to sing."

For a moment, I was speechless. He wanted me to join the glee club? "Wait, me? You want me to join?" I questioned. "Yeah of course! You can come with me tomorrow and I'll introduce you. Maybe you could try out!" he exclaimed. "Do you want to?"

"Sure. I would love to." I answered, unsure if I really wanted to. Of course I love to sing, but am I good enough?

For the rest of lunch, Blaine and I talked about things we like. "Well Katy Perry is my favorite singer. What about you?" he asked. "Same! I love her!" I shouted. Everyone in the cafeteria turned to stare at me. I turned a deep shade of red and Blaine started laughing. I started laughing too. I think I finally found a new friend.
