I think the story of Jeff, although poorly laid out, is pretty good. Not many spelling or grammar mistakes, but it missed some logical things.
Like, is it possible to cover yourself in bleach, get set on fire, then live, and then decide to go burn your eyelids out and cut a smile into your face.
That doesn't make any sense, because creepypastas are meant to be SO realistic that it actually induces fear into somebody.
Jeffrey over here does not induce fear in the story. Sure, with the photos it can induce fear, especially that... Odd one that looked as if it was drawn.
But anyways,
In my opinion, Jeff is pretty much just a burnt psychotic maniac who wants to kill. Killkilllkilllkilllkill. Kill. Kill.
And he is obsessed with letting his victims sleep and die peacefully.
