“Trying to get out are we?” she said as she pulled out a handgun.

“Shit.” I muttered as I lunged at her.

She slapped me with the gun. I elbowed her stomach which wasn’t a good idea at all. Her ear-piercing cry made me shift a little over to the right side. She clutched her stomach as I grabbed the gun from her and ran with Wilson by my side, to the car in front of the house. I knew this wasn’t a good idea, but we had no choice. We had to get out of here right now.

As I started to drive away, I heard a gunshot. The car skidded to a stop, just about to hit a tree.

“Hell this is going to be one long night.” Wilson said as he started getting out of the car.

“Stop!” I said as I pulled him back in.

I checked the car to see if it still had anymore bullets. Two more. I filled up the spare hand gun located under my seat and walked out of the car slowly. I pointed the gun toward her as I moved closer. She pointed the gun towards me as she moved closer. We were a few feet away when the tension was at its highest. It looked like the duals that people have from the Wild West movies.

“Let us go!” I shouted trying to wake someone up to call the police.

“No. I’ve gone too far.” She said as tears came out.

“No, you can go back, you still have the chance, just let us go.” I said trying to comfort her, seeing her struggle to keep the tears back.

“I can’t, I… I really can’t.” she said as she sobbed.

She lowered the gun a little, but it was still pointed towards me probably worst this time because now it is pointed at my heart.

“Come on, let’s go.” I said signaling for her to follow me even though I did not turn my back on her.

She started to follow reluctantly, but in the end she gave up. When we got inside the car, Wilson sat in the back with her after I took the gun and handed it to him. I grabbed the zip tie and made a make shift handcuff.

“Well, well, well. Couldn’t take care of the lovebirds could you?” someone said next to me. I was knocked out for the second time in one day.
