Third person pov
Yuki paced anxiously as Torhu and Kyo sat by the table.
"You're positive it was Akito you saw?" Shigurae asked for the millionth time.
"Yes!" Kyo snapped angrily.
"Hmm. I wonder what he could want, Hatori is with someone so it couldn't be that he wants anyone's memories erased."
"Maybe he wants to check on us again?" Yuki asked.
Kyo shown his head. "Nah, we would've known."
"Maybe he was just visiting!" Torhu offered.
All three of them shook their heads.
"Where did you see him?" Yuki asked.
"Right outside the gate, behind the trees, maybe 10 minutes before we told you." Kyo shrugged.
"Where is he though." Shigurae wondered aloud.
"He's probably waiting for one of us to be alone." Kyo growled.
Yuki looked up suddenly. "Kyo. When you saw him, was it possible he could have seen me walk into school?" Yuki demanded.
Kyo shrugged, "if he'd been there yeah."
"Why?" Torhu asked curiously.
"Because I was with Mitsumi at the time." Yuki explained as he stood still.
Realization dawned on them all as the three sitting bolted to their feet.
"Where does she live?" Shigurae demanded.
Yuki wordlessly took off running.Yuki fumbled with the key for a minute before slamming open the front door. The house was silent.
"Mitsumi!" Yuki shouted.
"Yuki!"
They all froze at the sound of Akito's voice at the top of the stairs. He was wiping his hands dry with a towel.
"How wonderful for you all to come!" He smiled happily.
"Where is Miss Akasha?" Kyo snapped.
"The girl? She's in that room." Akito waved to his right. Kyo shoved past him with Yuki close behind as they raced into the room.
Mitsumi lay on the floor. She wasn't conscious, and the blood spattering her body was only too visible.
"What did you do?" Torhu gasped. Her hands covered her mouth.
"I only let her know what not to mess with."
Yuki punched him.
He didnt hold back like he did with Kyo. He didn't show any mercy. Yuki punched him in the face with as much force as he could muster.
Akito hit the wall and slid to the floor, he held his cheek in surprise.
"You-!"
"Yuki!" Shigurae grabbed Yuki and held him back.
"Yuki..." Akito's hair covered his eyes dangerously.
Kyo grabbed Yuki's arm. "Hey, she's breathing."
That was all Yuki needed to hear in order to turn his back on Akito and race to her side.
"Call Hatori." He ordered Torhu. "There's a phone in the other room."
She raced off to do her job. Shigurae led Akito outside while Kyo made sure he couldn't get to anyone.
Yuki cradled Mitsumi's head on his lap.
"Mitsumi, please open your eyes." He whispered.
Mitsumi didnt move.
"Hatori is coming!" Torhu announced as she reappeared.
"Mitsumi....Mitsumi..." Yuki murmured.
"I'll go get some towels." She whispered before racing off.
As Yuki whispered for Mitsumi to wake up he grew increasingly angry.
Akito had done this. Akito hurt everyone. Kanna, Kisa, Risa, and now Mitsumi.
When Torhu returned he gently transfered Mitsumi to her care.
"I'll be right back." He whispered.
"Ah-alright! I'll take care of her!"
Yuki nodded once before silently making his way outside. At first no one noticed him.
Kyo and Shigurae were desperately trying to hold Akito back while he writhed and yelled.
He was the first to spot Yuki and calmed.
"Yuki. I forgive you for attacking me." He smiled like everything was perfect.
At that moment a car pulled up.
Ayame and Hatori ran out of the car and over to the group.
Hatori went straight inside. Ayame ran to Shigurae.
Yuki's hair covered his eyes as he walked. He stopped several paces away from Akito as he was slowly released.
"Why did you hurt her?" Yuki demanded softly. His hands were balled into fists.
"Why? Because she isn't us! She can't understand! I tolerated her being friends with you because she didnt know about the curse! I was angry when I found out you had been living with her! But when I saw you smiling at her? And kissing! How could you Yuki! This is all her fault!"
"Akito stop." Ayame commanded.
"No! She deserved it! She doesn't deserve Yuki!" He shouted.
"Akito!" Shigurae snapped.
Yuki slowly lifted his head. His eyes were blazing but determined.
"Akito. Don't come near her ever again. If you do...I swear I'll kill you." Yuki promised.
Everyone froze, hearing the seriousness in his voice.
Just then Torhu ran out of the house.
"Yuki! She's awake!"
Yuki spun and raced back into the house.
Akito stared with murderous eyes.
"That girl...." he snarled.
"Stay away from her." Kyo snapped. "Look what you did to Yuki. Ignore yourself for three minutes and look at Yuki. Do you see what you've done?"
Akito glared at Kyo.
Ayame spoke next. "I've never seen him any happier than when she's with him. Akito, don't touch that girl again." Ayame walked into the house.
Kyo ran after him.
Shigurae shook him head. "I think the only thing you could've done worse is if you had hit Torhu. Akito. I suggest you go home." He followed the rest inside.
