Krystina's POV

Well, that could've gone better. That is all I plan to say on the matter. Just could've gone better.
Currently, Scott and the others, minus Lydia and I, are locked up in some room. While Araya has Lydia and I outside somewhere at a table with 2 guards. I watched as she sat down and pours us both some tea she had off to the side.

" I admit I don't have much experience with banshees." She said.

"Well, that makes two of us, since I don't have much experience being one." Lydia replies, her eyes meeting mine with a hint of unease. I muster a small smile hoping to reassure her if even a little bit.

"You see I think you underestimate yourself." Araya remarks clasping her hands together on the table.

"Probably have better luck with tarot cards." I muttered. I rubbed at my wrist gaining some comfort from rubbing at the name that lies there. Araya turns her eyes towards me squinting slightly. I watch as she glances towards my wrists and sees me rubbing at them. Her lips quirk up and she looks to Lydia again.

"Now tell me," She points between her guards   "Which one of my guards is about to die?"

3rd POV

In their holding cell, Scott starts to look for a way out. He tries pulling on the door but it won't budge.

"Whenever the doors open next I say we kill whoever is there and make a run for it." Malia suggests shrugging her shoulders.

  "What about Krystina and Lydia?"

"What about them?" Malia asks confused as to why they can't leave them behind. She didn't necessarily want to leave Krystina behind, as the girl had helped her adapt to things after she became human again.

"We're not leaving without them." Scott glances at her.

"If we're all still alive it's because the Calaveras want something." He points out looking at all of them. They discuss the possibility of them not having Derek and who could have possibly taken him.

Krystina's POV

The older woman is slicing an orange now. I listen as she continuously asks Lydia questions about her Banshee powers. Closing my eyes I let myself wander. A silver mist passes over the area to find out where my friends are. I can see the path it travels in my mind. I watch as it stops in front of an armored door in some hallway. Focusing on it I guide it forward into the room.

Inside I see Kira, Scott, Stiles, and Malia located about the room. Content now that I know where they are I focus on the situation at hand. I come back to the present just as Araya throws a knife in the chest of one of her guards.

I jumped in my seat, startled. Turning, eyes wide now, towards Araya I threw my arms up.

"What the hell?"

"What did you that for?" Lydia added.

"He stole from me."

  •••

I followed Lydia as Araya led us into her office. Looking around the room I find Scott chained to a chair and wired. They go ahead and chain Lydia up next to Scott. I tried to interfere but had a gun pointed my way. I looked at Scott and he just lightly shook his head. By this point, my veins were humming again. I just huffed and backed away. A guard comes over and restrains me on Araya's orders. I'm only able to watch as they drag Kira over to an electrical control panel. I grimace as I realize what's about to go down.

"Alright, she is going to turn the dial on Scott. If she doesn't I will turn the dial on Lydia." Severo explains. Kira immediately starts refusing. I wish she would just be quiet before the situation gets worse. Scott can heal but Lydia can't.

"Is this just some sort of game to you?" I snap.

"No, lucecita. It's a test." Araya informs me.

My brows furrow at what she called me. Not knowing what it meant. I watch as Scott tells Kira to listen to them, giving her a soft reassuring nod.

"You know who took Derek." Araya tells Scott.

"You're crazy, that doesn't even make sense." Scott shakes his head. How the hell would we know? That's why we came here. I'm so done with today.

Araya nods to herself, "Turn the dial."

Kira starts to shake her head again. "Do it. It's fine." Scott tells her.

The wires attached to him light up. He grunts from pain. His hands fisting around the chair. My body starts to tingle. Secretly I try to absorb it so he doesn't hurt as much. They turn it off after a minute. My actions cease.

"Who had a reason, a vendetta particular to the Hales." Araya pushes.

  "I don't know." Scott repeats.

"You don't know because you haven't figured it out yet. So think!"

I see Severo have Kira turn the dial up to three. I start to grow anxious. I rack my mind trying to figure out who it is. I just keep drawing a blank.

"Who had the power? The power of a shapeshifter?" Araya asks. "Someone who could have turned without you knowing. Turned, but not by bite!"

The dial is at 10 now. Scott screams. I flinch at the sound. I keep trying to absorb the electricity coming from him. But, I can't focus. Just as Scott's eyes glow a vibrant red, I remember. Kate Argent. I remember overhearing her ask Chris if you can be turned by scratch. I had been sitting by Allison when it happened. Scott roars and busts out of his chains.

"Say the name, Scott." Araya prods.

  "Kate."
