(edit) this is not my best explained idea, don't worry, they get better as you get further along.
Starts sometime after the sports festival. The League of Villains sees the potential in Deku and kidnap him and replace him with Toga. There is an OC that can transfer the use of someone's quirk to another as long as the owner of the quirk is alive but they can only do it for 2 hours every day or else the original owner of the quirk goes into a coma. It is all revealed in the training camp arc when "Deku" starts acting weird. At some point Toga is forced to go back to her original form. Everyone is shocked, at some point she says " wow, you didn't even know he was gone, such good friends you turned out to be." Laughing " he was so convinced that someone would notice and come for him, kept going on and on about how you are such good friends"..... bla bla bla and gilts them all. But as this is happening Bakugo gets kidnapped as well. You can decide where it goes from there. Or Deku convinced The League of Villains that he was a villain, and comes with them on the attack, saves koda, but isn't in time to save Bakugo.
