Medix, now I dare you to disappear for 24 hours. (Referring to Dare #36)
*a week later, after the events of Dare #36*
Medix: *reads the dare*
Medix: *very reluctant to take on this dare*
Medix: *but is also pissed off at Hotshot*
Medix: *and his curiosity of how the others would react is getting to him*
Medix: alright. I will do this dare.
*that night*
Hotshot: *walking Medix to his room* look babe I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you! I didn't think you would react the way you did!
Medix: *lying* it's okay Hotshot. It was just a dare. No harm no foul.
Hotshot: *feeling better* so can I sleep with you tonight?
Medix: *sheepish look* it's... going to take a while for me to fully forgive you...
Hotshot: *embarrassed* y-yeah okay... I-I understand... can I still give you a goodnight kiss? Like we always do?
Medix: *kisses him with a small smile* goodnight Hotshot. I love you.
Hotshot: *small smile* I love you too. Recharge well.
Medix: you too *softly closes the door*
*the next morning*
Recruits: *immediately shoot up from their berths when they hear Hotshot shrieking worriedly from down the hall*
Hotshot: *zooming through the halls in his jet form* MEDIX??? WHERE ARE YOU???
Recruits: *come around the corner and get the wind knocked out of them when Hotshot accidentally slams into them* Hotshot?!?!
Hotshot: *back in bot mode, panic and worry clear in his faceplates* have any of you seen Medix??!?!?
Wedge: *oh great, this shit again* have you checked his room?
Hotshot: yes.
Whirl: the lab?
Hotshot: *tears forming* yes!
Hoist: everywhere else?
Hotshot: *tears falling* YES! I can't find him anywhere!!!
Wedge: have you tried-
Hotshot: *whips out Medix's phone from his subspace* I found it on his nightstand. And you wanna know the worst part??
Recruits: what?
Hotshot: it wasn't even charged.
Recruits: *oh that's not good*
Whirl: have you tried comming him?
Hotshot: *bursts out crying, completely startling his teammates* Yes! All that came through was static!!
Wedge: *does the time-out sign* time out. He's probably been dared to be missing for 24 hours. Just like you were last week.
Hotshot: no... not my Medix. He would never do that!
Hoist: then apparently you don't know Medix like the rest of us do.
