Normal P.O.V

"Bye bye apartment, I'll be home soon!" Lucy sang as she locked her door, throwing her key into the light pink suitcase accompanying her.

Lucy was peacefully walking, humming to herself as she absorbed the heat of the suns rays into her skin, loving the feeling.

"Luce!" The blonde heard her name being shouted, making her stop her peaceful walk. The pinkette joined her, making her once peaceful walk one filled with loud questions and laughter. But she didn't mind it too much, he made her laugh and she loved laughing.

"I see you two are happy," Erza, who was already waiting at the train station smiled.

"Natsu was arguing with Happy and tripped over a rock!" Lucy was laughing uncontrollably, leaning over and clutching her stomach.

"Oh come on, it wasn't that funny!" Natsu mumbled with pink cheeks.

"Anyways, do you have any more information on the mission?" Lucy asked, taking a deep breath of much needed oxygen.

"Yes, here, read this. Master gave it to me this morning." Erza said, handing Lucy a piece of paper with lots of writing on it, making Lucy excited she was able to read and figure things out.

While she was reading, Gray mumbled a comment under his breath about Natsu, making the two quarrel. Lucy let out a small giggle and brought out her wind-reader glasses, allowing for her to be able to absorb as much information as possible in the shortest amount of time.

"Hey Fairy Tail!" Lucy heard a voice shout, her heart beat quickening and a smile appearing on her face. She was currently standing behind Natsu, shielding her from the other guild, but all she wanted to do was push Natsu over and jump into the mans arms.

Stings excitement left his body when he didn't see a blonde girl with the group, however, he smelt her making him all the more confused.

He was hoping to fight along side the blonde, but his wishes went unanswered.

"Guys look, these guys are worse than we thought.  They don't have a specific goal, if they do it hasn't been revealed yet, it seems like they're just taking down towns and guilds for their own gain..." Lucy trailed off, becoming concerned with who they're really dealing with.

Lucy looked over at Sabertooth, a warm smile on her face. When she wasn't paying attention, the paper was ripped out of her hands.

"What do you mean Lucy?" Erza asked, skimming the paper with her deep chocolate eyes.

"They have just been going to towns surrounding Magnolia and demolishing them, each time not really saying why. They specifically start with guilds, then the towns people, eliminating the area completely. It's like they're trying to surround us, but what do they want with Magnolia?" Lucy whispered the last sentence, placing her fingers onto her chin.

"We won't know until we fight them, now I'm all fired up!" Natsu yelled, running into the train, leaving the others behind.

"That idiot." Gray mumbled, making Lucy laugh.

"You're not wrong," Lucy giggled over the actions of her best friend.

"We don't want to miss our train now do we?" Erza said before walking on, trying to find where Natsu went.

Lucy and Sting walked a little slower than the rest, hoping to find a minute or two to themselves. When the others entered the train car, Lucy and Sting stood in the small hallway, being blocked by the wall. Lector flew ahead of course, not paying too much attention.

Before Lucy could say a word, Sting attached his lips to Lucy's, savoring their moment together. He smiled at her before leaving the hallway, not wanting to build any suspicions.

Lucy's lips felt cold without Sting's making the blonde crave his touch, but Lucy knew that would have to wait. With a heavy heart Lucy walked to her seat, sitting between Erza and Gray.

"When we get there, we must go straight to the inn. No dilly-dallying." Erza said, allowing for no arguments.

"We also have to come up with a game plan. Ya know, we can't just go in blindly." Lucy suggested, pulling the information paper back out. "This sheet doesn't have their magic sadly, so we don't know what we're going up against. But, it lists the guilds location." Lucy sighed, knowing this would be a very messy job.

"Don't worry Luce, we got this!" Natsu shouted, bringing the mood of the train cart up.
