Normal P.O.V
"I can't believe someone did this to her." Gray mumbled, clenching his fists in anger while looking at Lucy and Jade.
Even if the mages had no clue who she was, it was still a cruel and despicable act.
"That man deserves no mercy. The Rune knights are already on their way. This is the first time I'm hearing the name Akujin, though." Erza rushed, letting Gray know that this man would be locked away for good, with no chance of him hurting another soul, she however mumbled the last line to herself.
"He told me that their guild had wiped the surrounding guilds and towns to avoid there being a 'hero'." Lucy finger-quoted his words.
"He wanted my keys, he wanted to take over the celestial realm then use my spirits to obliterate our world. But the idiot had no clue how any of it worked, hence why he was so angry at Loke when he saw him." Lucy sighed, glaring down at the man who wanted her use her beloved spirits for harm.
"I guess he took some sort of pride in his name being undiscovered or something." Gray shrugged, the guys motives becoming weirder.
"Yea, I guess so. Well, his plans are ruined now." Lucy chuckled.
"We better start heading home." Erza stated before walking away, leading the battered group out of the woods.
To avoid suspicion, the group decided to walk back, it wouldn't look normal for a group of tattered mages to be entering the train. Not to mention, having a girl in such a starved state.
Sting watched Lucy and the way she managed to laugh after everything that went on. He would probably never know what actually happened, but he could only imagine.
He kept thinking back to how strong she was, not only physically, but mentally. Most would have caved, but Lucy stood strong and still had to power to fight back.
Sting was relieved to have her back, his mind couldn't rest until he saw Lucy.
It was as if she was the oxygen he needed to breath, and his lungs had been replenished as soon as he saw Lucy.
He loved Lucy more than he loved himself, and as we know, that's a lot.
Lucy changed the boy for the better, he learned to open up and not hide how he felt.
But most importantly, he learned to love someone else. Before Lucy, his idea of love was meeting a girl and remembering her name in the morning.
He didn't know love could go beyond one night, but Lucy taught him that it could. No other girl had shown him that sort of love, once they got what they wanted, they left.
But Lucy, she stayed.
He had finally felt complete, like a king who had found his queen.
Sting was utterly in love with Lucy, and he never wanted to be out of it.
