Chapter 58: A New Hostess Candidate?!

Hiromi, Haruhi, And Rei has all walked back to the Fujioka twins room to keep talking about the current topic at hand: what color was the best.

"I like red of course. It pops but can be subtle when it needs to." Haruhi explained.

"It's a classic color but peach is the best." Hiromi replied. It's the perfect amount of pink to orange. It blends beautifully and basically matches all other colors."

"Yellow." Rei answered. "It's always left out but it's just as important as the rest. Without t you don't get green or orange."

"Very true." Hiromi nodded. "But it's only because it's primary." She shrugged.

"Primary colors are the best colors." Haruhi replied.

"Mhmm, he's right." Rei spoke and the twins almost forgot that Rei still didn't know that Haruhi was a girl.

"So Rei whats your plans when we get back to school?" Haruhi asked changing the topic.

"We'll study my butt off is number one but number two is to join the host club." She replied as Hiromi and Haruhi looked at each other and back at Rei.

"Really?" They asked at the same time.

"Yeah actually that's what I was talking to Kaoru about before going to the pool. He said he wanted to help me make friends and he talked to Tamaki-senpai. Since Honey-senpai and Mori-senpai are leaving there's two open spots and Tamaki-senpai thought it would be a good idea." She explained.

"Thats cool of him." Haruhi commented as Hiromi smiled. She was excited to finally have another girl host. Not to mention Kaoru's kindness made her heart flutter.

"Finally another girl host!" Hiromi jumped.

"Another reason Tamaki senpai was excited. Something about connecting you guys with your feminine side. I was kind of confused." She explained with a soft laugh.

"Should we?" Hiromi asked looking at Haruhi referring to telling Haruhis true gender.

"I don't really care. She might as well know." Haruhi replied.

"You're right. I mean she is a hostess now." Hiromi nodded.

"Know what?" Rei questioned seriously confused.

"Well, that I'm a girl." Haruhi answered.

"Really?" She asked as Haruhi nodded. "Wow that makes a lot more sense now."

Hiromi giggled. "What does that mean?" Haruhi questioned.

"Well I thought you were gay. No offense it's just you and Tamaki-senpai are so close." Rei explained as Haruhi shook her head.

"Tamaki-senpai And I Are not a couple."

"That's not what she said Haru." Hiromi corrected as Rei and her laughed together.

"I just said you were close." Rei added.

"But it was implied." Haruhi replied. "And we aren't that close." She said as Rei and Hiromi stepped close to her.

"Yes you are." They both replied together stepping closer.
"No we aren't." Haruhi took a step back.
"Yes."
"No."
"Yes!"

"We're just friends." Haruhi replied against a wall by now.

"I'll take that for now." Hiromi nodded.

"You'd be cute together Haruhi." Rei smiles lightly.

"Not gonna happen." She shook her head putting her hand up.

"Whatever you say." Hiromi sang as Rei giggled. "Rei!" She said loudly as Rei jumped a little. "We have to figure out what type of host you are!"
