The next day at Abby's House, Cameron was in the living room on his laptop looking up some information about the next dance competition and in the room with him was a white bichon frise female dog named Broadway Baby, which was named after the song for Follies and she has been the Millers' dog since 1996, two years after Abby adopted Cameron as Abby was coming in from the kitchen.

"Hey, Cam." Abby greeted her son. "Where is our next competition?"

"Starbound in Atlanta, Georgia and the last time we went to Starbound, we lost by one tenth of a point to that obnoxious wicked witch of the west." Cameron informed.

"Thanks for the info and this is gonna be our redemption because we are not gonna lose at Starbound again." Abby said. "In case i forgot to tell you, on tuesday afternoon, i'm gonna take you to Men's Warehouse to find you a graduation suit."

"Can i wear my sunglasses before the graduation and after it?" Cameron asked.

"Sure. Be sure to put them in your pocket before you walk with your fellow graduating seniors."

"All righty."

The next day at the studio, Abby, Cameron and Julie finished pyramid as the girls and moms all looked on as they talked about the competition next.

"This weekend, we'll be heading to Starbound and last time we were there, we got beat by one tenth of a point to Cathy and we've never lived it down until this weekend and Cathy's behavior was nuts." Abby told the girls.

"Obviously Cathy was born in a nuthouse." Julie remarked as everyone laughed.

"The competition was a disaster, but that's not gonna happen this time." Cameron said. "Do you get the memo?"

The girls nodded.

"The routines we'll be doing are gonna be off the charts, Chloe you and Maddie will have solos, we also have a trio and in the trio will be Paige, Mackenzie and Nia. For the group dance, everyone is in it except for Mackenzie." Abby stated, then she looked at Mackenzie. "Mackenzie, the nature of this group dance is a little mature for you and since we don't have Mackenzie in the group dance, we need to bring in someone that looks like a teenager that the judges see that's older than the remainder of you and being in the number is Payton and moms, Leslie will join us."

The moms cringed at that.

"Payton?" Julie wondered. "I've met her, her sister and her mother a few times before me and my family moved to New Lenox four years prior and that's when they first came here, right?"

"Correct." Cameron said as he turned t o the girls. "Girls, we don't know if you heard or anything, but you're gonna be auditioning for a TV show and it is Drop Dead Diva because we got a casting call from the casting agent of the show and they are looking for two little girls to play to dancers."

The girls and moms cheered and excitedly clapped at the thought of being on a TV show.

"Moms, we'll put them on camera and send the film to Los Angeles." Abby added. "All right, moms, you're dismissed and girls, spread apart."

Later, in the front desk, Cameron, Julie and Gianna were doing more research on the competition and they heard the door open and coming in was a 14 year old girl with brown hair and her name is Payton Ackerman and she's a teen dancer for the Abby Lee Dance Company and with her was a woman around 45 with ash blonde hair named Leslie Ackerman, she is Payton's mother and also, Leslie has an older daughter named Taylor, who danced for Abby.

"Hello." Payton greeted.

"Hey, Payton. Hey, Leslie." Cameron responded. "How's it going?"

"It's going good." Leslie answered, then she looked over at Julie. "Hey, Julie! Long time, no see!"
