Chapter 16: Candy Apples Strike Back

That upcoming monday, Abby and Cameron were talking about Starbound in Franklin Park as Julie was helping Gianna, Jennine, Rachael and James with something and once pyramid was done, it was now time to talk about what was going to happen for that week.

"This week, we're gonna be heading to Starbound again, but this time, it'll be in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina." Cameron announced as the girls and moms all cheered and clapped as Abby smiled at her son.

"Kendall, this week you're gonna be doing a duet with Mackenzie which is named On The Floor. Chloe, you've got a solo named Beauty In The Water, Maddie, no solo for this week and everyone will be in the group dance named Moving Mountains except for Mackenzie." Abby said. "Moms, you're dismissed and girls, warm up because we have tons of work to do."

Up in the viewing room, the moms were talking about the week.

"I'm a little worried, when it comes to Abby and her son, they're after a clean sweep and Chloe is doing a solo, which means is that Chloe is their only soloist. I love Abby and Cameron, don't get me wrong, but this makes me nervous." Christi commented.

"Why were you at pyramid today?" Melissa asked Jill. "I thought Abby and Cameron said they were gonna call you if they needed you."

"Believe me, i would not have shown up if they did not tell me to." Jill answered, then they moved on about the group dance.

"They're always talking about Nia and how different she is, her hair and all of that and now she's got a prime oppourtunity, they could capitalize on Nia being different, since that's the featured part of the routine." Holly said.

"That storyline means is that Maddie and Chloe are the mountains and they're trying to move us with wind." Kelly added. "You can't celebrate other people, but whenever we don't celebrate Maddie and/or Chloe..."

"Everyone celebrates everybody, get that through your thick skull." Christi told Kelly.

"You two were talking about Nia." Holly reminded them as Melissa and Christi didn't say a word. "No comment?"

"Cats got your tongues?" Kelly told them.

"You talk about our daughters all the time." Melissa said.

"No, we talk about the way Abby and Cameron favors them!" Holly exclaimed as the girls, Abby and Cameron watched the drama. "Have any of the women heard us talk about them or the favortism?!"

"I love you like family and always will, but you're starting to become a troublemaker!" Christi told Holly.

"Like you ratted Nia out." Holly stated.

"At least we didn't have an affair with our boss like Melissa did." Kelly added.

"That's it." Melissa growled, getting up and leaving. "I didn't have an affair with my boss."

"You shouldn't have done that." Christi told the other moms as Mackenzie went upstairs to get her mother's purse.

Melissa was heading downstairs as Cameron came from Studio A.

"Melissa, i heard what they said. are you ok?" Cameron asked.

"No, those mothers know nothing, Kelly had the tongue in cheek to say that i had an affair with my boss."

"They need to keep their nose out of your business, at least Christi is doing a good job doing that." Cameron commented.

"Yeah."

"They're talking about you." Mackenzie cried, giving her mother her purse.

"I know." Melissa stated.
