"Welcome, one and all, to Crown Eleven News at Night. Breaking news here tonight as brothers, who didn't disclose their names, start a little science shop. The first of it's kind. The two have promised to change the world. Right now they are accepting volunteers to help with their studies. We have no more information but we are looking into it, but no negatives yet. Many people are very excited. The shop is called Prof. Brain & Makeshift.

Next we have a bit sadder news. A recent crime wave has been spreading through the city. Many homes and shops have been broken into but nothing really had been stolen. All of the owners have only disclosed a strange man with a masked man sidekick breaking in to fight then leave. Stranger yet, the only piece of evidence left behind are strange grass patches that seem to grow anywhere. Here are some witness accounts. First up, a Mr. Alexander Olsen."

"He approached me in an alley. Talking about a plan. He must've had someone behind me because next I knew I was blacked out on the floor. I woke up the next morning with a grass patch in front of me."

"Next, Mr. Elvis Le."

"His sidekick had broken in and started to fight me. We were pretty matched in the fight but this Man stopped it and left, talking about some plan. My apartment is trashed now. And could you also not say my na - "

"Neither witness has been able to describe the Man or his sidekick with much detail. If you see a dark skinned man, bald head, with bright green eyes wearing strange pants, and pants only, contact police immediately. Also if you see a man with dark hair wearing a mask, leather coat, black jeans, and black shirt with strange... Things around his arms contact authorities.

And last for breaking news, the construction and expansion of the city has been cancelled due to unknown circumstances. Further information later."

I turned off the TV. That was enough information.

"So I guess Aiden took what I said."

"But you weren't talking about the rat, we're you?"

"You know well enough I wasn't talking about the rat. As hard as it may seem, I need to keep the balance. Without this early intervention the timeline wouldn't have continued the way it should."

"As a fellow Timeblazer, I know just as much about this as you do."

"I know. I just... Can't believe that it has to happen."

"Well, I know you know it doesn't have to happen. But there will be big consequences if it doesn't."

"I know. I... I'm gonna miss the little guy."

"You miss him already."

"I do. I really do."
