~Finn's POV.~

I woke up to the sound of Lea screaming excitedly downstairs. I groaned knowing she was being extra loud just to wake me up. I sighed and forced myself out of bed knowing she'd fetch me soon if I didn't get up. Yes, I love my daughter with all I am but I am incredibly lonely when it comes to love and romance. And I'm single as fuck. I went downstairs to see her in a pink fairy dress eating cereal on the couch and watching Justin Bieber music videos. I rolled my eyes and kissed her cheek.

Lea: Morning daddy.
'Morning sweety.'

I looked outside to see the sky becoming lighter, I checked the time. Jeez my daughter is really crazy.

'Honey, it's five am why are you awake?'
Lea: I was exercising, I need to stay fit.
'You're like four, you don't need exercise.'
Lea: I'm five and everyone does.
'Not you, I don't even exercise and I look great.'

She looked at me with her eyebrows raised shaking her head saying no in about twenty different ways.

'Okay ouch, at least I look better than this Justin Beaver you're always watching.'
Lea: You're wrong, no one looks better than him, he's so cute.
'Yeah and he's disgustingly older than you.'

She put her hand up so I followed her gaze to the television, there were a bunch of male models in swimsuits coming out of a pool. Eww, this is gross. I changed the channel to a Disney programme.

'I have to stop allowing you to watch this nonsense.'
Lea: Then we will no longer be on speaking terms.

She glared at me playfully so I did the same but I pinched her side. She squealed and swatted my hand away with her own then crossed her arms.

Lea: That's cheating daddy.
'Awe, I'm sorry for cheating then cupcake but finish your cereal and start packing.'

I kissed her forehead and stole a spoon of her cereal. Quickly I ran back upstairs to my room but heard her scream 'boys!'. I chuckled at her and began packing all my things. I'm glad Lea and I aren't really clothes people, our luggage won't be heavy and knowing Lea she'd want to carry her own bags. Something about being independent, especially on men. Yeah, that's my daughter, she knows way too much about everything and can be very sarcastic, like all the time. When I was finished packing I carried my suitcases downstairs. I heard Lea sniffle and I saw her on the kitchen table, a habit I've learned to love by now. I dropped my two black cases and walked up to her and hugged her. She pulled away first and stared back at me with a sad smile on her face.

'What's wrong cupcake?'
Lea: I'm just a little scared, this place is all I know.

We're saying bye to Vancouver and moving to Los Angeles. It will be a healthy change for both of us but I've never taken Lea anywhere since she was born. I didn't wanna travel everywhere and keep making her leave friends behind.

'You? Scared? That's nonsense, you don't get scared and you know you'll always have me.'
Lea: Thank you daddy.

She smiled at me as she wiped her tear. I smiled back at her.

Lea: You're the best dad ever.

I nodded in agreement and she rolled her eyes at me and we just laughed. I lift her up and put her on the floor with her pink glittery suitcase. She grabbed my hand and held it tightly. We got our stuff and put it in the car. We walked out with shades on and music playing because its our thing, we are weird and we just don't give an inch. Off to the airport.

~Millie's POV.~

I woke up to silence. I looked around and saw my blank white walls, full of charts, responsibilities and schedules. I need a break, but I would freak out if I was too far away from Ian. I adore my son but I feel old, I'm 22. I have no impulsive bone in my body, it's all planned out. I got out of bed and went to Ian's room, he was dressed and reading a book. I sat on his bed and he put down the book and hugged me.

'Morning sweetheart.'
Ian: Hi mom.
'Did you eat breakfast yet?'
Ian: No, I was lazy so I decided to wait for you.
'Okay, I'll bring it up when I'm done.'

He gave mean nod and a smile. Ian doesn't speak much which is weird because I talk a lot, he barely watches TV, he reads a lot and plays old board games. He's actually been a calm being since he was born which is admirable and made raising him easier. I worry about him sometimes, maybe if he had a father in his life he would've opened up. But there was no way in hell that father would've been his own, fuck Romeo Beckham. I sighed angrily, I was over thinking. I decided to call Sadie to take my mind off of this.

'Hey Mills.'
'How are you?'
'Great actually, Jesse's been quiet lately.'
'Told ya he would out grow that.'
'You did, anyway where's Ian?'
'Reading, he actu-

(Thump)

Oh crap. I hope he didn't break his nose again.

'Look Sades I actually have to go, but we'll talk later.'
'He fell again didn't he?'
'Sadie.'

She laughed and hung up. I was already upstairs so I went in his room. He had his hand over his mouth holding back a scream. I picked him up and rested him on my hip, even if he is seven, he's still a baby to me, and he has my short genes so he looks five. I led him to my bathroom and cleaned his nose from blood and put Band-Aids on his wounds, really just scratches that looked like something exotic like a shark bite to him. This may sound weird but I'm glad he's not athletic, lessens the chance of him being a dumb jock in future.

'Is it still sore hun?'
Ian: Yes
'Okay, let's make a deal, we eat breakfast then we can do whatever you want to for the rest of the day.'
Ian: I wanna go to the pet store, I need new decorations for my fish tank.
'That's all?'
Ian: Yes, that's all I need thank you.
'Okay'

I tried not to give him a weird facial expression as I led him back to the kitchen to eat. I am rejoicing that this boy is not in high school yet, I love him but wow.
