I'm sitting on the corner watching it rain
The sky is dark just like my brain
I hear the thunder burst with angst
The city rattles inside from painI smell the moisture given by tears
Wind blowing harder than it has in years
Yet there's a silence that I still feel
She's not here anymoreEverything continues from the outside
No matter how long I hide
People continue their lives
While I drown from the flood
And it's okay that I'm wasting away
Because I don't care how strong the storm is
I will never walk awayI will forever stay.
