The day started out normal. I was the first of around fifty kids to wake up. Ms. Kim was taking out all the bowls for cereal, I started helping her. Ms. Kim and her husband Mr. Robert ran the orphanage. Since the orphanage was quite big, we ate at what looks like a school cafeteria.

Around twenty minutes later everyone started to come down. Once everyone was settled Mr. Kim spoke up.

"Can I get everyone's attention." Once it became quiet she continued. "As everyone should know Emily and Mya are leaving toady, so everyone wish them a happy life with their new family before they leave. Continue."

Before I left to school I spotted the pair in their room. They are sisters who were brought in two years ago. Emily is seven and Mya is five. "Congratulations you two." They both had big smiles on their faces.

"Yeah our new mommies are really nice." Mya said as they both turn to finish packing.

"One mommy said she had night terrors like me." Emily said then turned around to face me. "But I still wished you could have been chosen, they said they were looking for someone younger though."

That made me smile. "Its okay. In three years I will be moving out anyways." Though its sad, most people come looking for younger kids. Besides me the oldest kid who is here is 10 years old. Most of the kids who come here are adopted before they reach 13 years old. But I don't mind.

I say bye to them and go off to school. I wont be back until late because of the Stark internship, so this is the last time I'll be seeing them.

Once I get to my locker at school, I can see Ned and MJ eating each others faces down the hallway. "Are you two even breathing?" They jump away and start glaring at me.

"Dammit Peter you almost gave us a heart attack" Ned said leaning his body on his locker. "Also stop being salty." MJ added as Gwen and Flash walk up to us.

Gwen asks "Who is being salty?" We began walking as Flash puts his arm around Gwen's waist and Ned and MJ hold hands.

"Peter." Ned adds. "He's mad all his friends found their soulmates and he is alone." MJ said laughing. "You guys know I don't believe in all that 'fate' and 'soulmate' bullshit." They shake there heads and we all go to our own classes.

After finishing my homework, Mr. Stark and I were working on his suit when he spoke up. "Hey kid, do you want to meet the Avengers and go on a mission?" I look up so fast I almost became dizzy. "REALLY?"

"Yeah. But there is one thing you need to know."

"What? Mr. Stark don't do that stop for a dramatic affect thing."

"One stop with the 'Mr. Stark' thing. My name is Tony. Two, for the mission we are fighting the Avengers."

"WHAT!"

After about ten minutes of explaining everything, Mr. Stark asks the question I never wanted to hear. "Knowing you, I already called the school, now all I have to do is talk to your parents about this Stark internship trip thingy and we are set."

"Cant you like email them?" He makes a weird face and shakes his head no. "I'm about to take their kid for a while, I cant send an email." He is making this so hard. "How about calling?"

"Kid, why don't you want me to meet your parents. Do they not know your working for me? Because then you've been lying to me."

"NO! No, I wasn't lying." I sigh. "The reason I don't want you to meet them is because idonthaveparentsandiliveinanorphanagebutMs.KimandMr.Robertdoknowihaveaninternship." I say really fast like pulling off a band-aid.

"Woah, kid slow down. Try to say that again." He said putting his hand on my shoulder. I take a big breath and say it again. "I don't have parents and I live in an orphanage. Ms. Kim and Mr. Robert do know about the internship though."

After a while of thinking he says "Don't worry kid, also tonight I'll take you home." For the rest of the night we worked on my web shooters and ate dinner.

That night when he dropped me off, Tony talked to the Andersons (Kim and Robert) in private while he sent me to sleep.

I have no idea what he said, but now we are in a plane with half of the Avengers talking about our plan. "Kid after my signal you try to take his shield. When the battle starts keep your distance and web them up. Got it?" Tony said making all their attention go to me. "Aye aye captain"

"Okay Tony, why did you bring him." Mr. Rhodes point at me. "Don't worry about it. All you need to know is he's strong, fast and can hold his own against all of us." Tony just shrugged him off and continued on with the plan.

I take this time to memorize who is in my team. There is Mr. Stark, Ms. Widow, Mr. T'Challa, Mr. Rhodes, Mr. Vision, and me. So my targets (I hate that word) are, Mr. Rogers, Mr. Wilson, Mr. Hawkeye, and Ms. Scarlet.

Mr. Stark told me Mr. Banner and Mr. Thor are somewhere in space or something like that.

When we land we go to our spots. I stay hiding until I hear Mr. Stark say "Underoos!

This weird small guy becomes normal size and the battle begins. I chase Mr. Falcon and this guy with a metal arm.

"You have a metal arm. That is awesome dude." Not even a second later I feel a huge pain in my abdomen. I crouch down holding myself. When I looked up I saw he was barely fazed. He has already found a soulmate. Mr. Falcon came over, he probably knows what's going on. We make eye contact and the pain increases slightly. Great two of them.

"Hey kid-" Before he could finish talking I web his mouth and jump away. I web both of them.

Now I'm fight Captain America. "That thing does not obey the laws of physics, at all."

Next thing I know the little man becomes giant. "Hey guys have you seen that really old movie 'Empire Strikes Back'..."

I was thrown when the big guy hit me. Mr. Stark said I was done and flew away. The pain was still there. I noticed Ms. Widow fighting Mr. Falcon. When she was almost hit by his machine thingy, I jumped up and let myself get hit.

"Little spider are you okay." Ms. Widow said. I cant believe Ms. Widow gave me a nickname "Yup, I'm fine." That hurt, like a lot. I lay down where I was before for a while.

A/N: Next chapter is gonna have a three year skip since he is underaged at the moment. Well it'll say when the skip is. I did try to put as much of the original battle in there. Also because I have no life the next chapter will be published either later on today or tomorrow morning-ish.
