Before I could take two steps, he steps in front of me. He gave me a pleading look and I almost caved in. We hold eye contact for what felt like years but was only a minute.

I come back to my senses and jump on to the ceiling. I ran out of the kitchen and into the living room. I jumped down landing behind the couch mom and dad are on.

"Damnit kid, you scared me." Once again without looking up Natasha says 'Language' to my dad.

"Sorry." I walk back to the chair I was on earlier and get back on the group chat.

When I look up from my phone Bucky is already back next to Sam and they are whispering to each other.

I could listen in, but I don't want to. I watch the two for a while, but quickly look down at my phone when they look at me.

Why do those losers have to be right sometimes. Couldn't they just agree with me even if I'm wrong. I'll think about possible agreeing to think about talking to them, maybe.
