It's been almost an hour since natapos yung meeting, at pinabigay ko na kay Coleen yung letter ko for Anne, Diana and Iza. I just choose not to give it to them personally kasi una, I can't. Pangalawa, it's too hard for me to face them. Pangatlo, nakakahiya. And lastly...nakakahiya talaga.

I checked on my time and saw that it's 3 pm. Gusto ko nang umuwi...

I grabbed the phone and pressed the button na may nakasulat na secretary: Coleen. And with one ring, with just one ring, sumagot na si Coleen.

"Yes ma'am K?" She answered. "Pwede ka bang pumunta dito? I'll just ask you regarding my schedule." I told her. "Sure ma'am." She said.

As the door opened, revealing Coleen, ngumiti siya saakin.

"May gagawin pa ba ako today?" I asked her. She checked the paper she's holding as she shook her head, "Wala na ma'am, only the short meeting's on your schedule." She told me. "So does that mean I can go now?" Coleen laughed at me, "It's your choice ma'am Karylle, you can go home if you like." She told me.

"Oh," I mumbled. Parang mas boss ang aura ni Coleen kesa saakin eh. I just smiled, "That is all, actually. You can now go."

"What do you mean?"

"I'm really sorry, hon. I'm still at the photoshoot! Sabi ng manager ko I'm the main topic of the magazine." Dingdong told me. I sighed, "I'll just call Ernie."

"Oh hon... sorry talaga. This photoshoot is really important, bad timing at--"

"Mr. Dingdong Dantes? If you want to go home cut it out with your phone and get back here! Let's finish this up! You still need to take some shots for 8 pages!"

"Uhm I'll be right away Mr. Nigel!" Dingdong yelled.

I sighed, "Sige na dong. Baka mapaginitan ka pa ng ulo diyan." I told him. "That's how Mr. Nigel works, hon." He informed me. "Anyway, I need to go now. I'll see you later hon." Dingdong told me.

"Okay, bye." I simply said then hanged up. As I kept my phone back in my pocket, umupo na muna ako ng sandali sa upuan ko.

I need to reflect everything that's been happening.

Kasi...career na career ko na tong kalokohang nangyayari saakin. All this crazy things happening, it's like I'm really handling it well--very well and yet I can't still believe that this stuff isn't a dream.

Nalilito pa rin ako to be honest pero I just choose not to overthink and stress out myself. Instead, napagisipan ko na harapin na lang ang mga nangyayari. I know, you might be thinking na how will I ever find out the reason behind all of t things that's been happening to me?

But you know what? I think it's really in God's will kung ano ang mangyayari sa akin after all this. Kung malalaman ko ba or what. But this is what He gave me, then eto na yung gagawin ko.

"Ma'am?"

I looked at Ernie as he was looking at me through the mirror from time to time. "Yes?"

"Hindi ho ba kayo kakain sa labas?" He asked me. I smiled at him and shook my head, "No. I'll just eat at home and eat what Glenda and Inday will serve me. Sayang din sa pera." I stated. Ernie just smiled and nodded, "Sige ho ma'am."

And then the horror part came, a boy wearing a mask stopped in the middle of the road, making Ernie hit the break unexpectedly.

"Jusko po-- what happened?!" I asked him worriedly. "Ma'am, may hawak na baril yung bat--"
