She was only 6 or 7 years old back then when she was used,scarred and just defiled.It was summer and her parents were at work like they usually were on the weekdays,and she,alone at home with a family friend,Adam, who lived there.
In everyone's eyes he was such a good young man. Still in his early twenties,he used to help out in the house and do some repairs. They all trusted him and saw him as a part of their family, but that wasn't the case,maybe it was because he was lonely,maybe he was just desperate but he started to get close to Sarah.
Imagine she was just a 6 year old child who knew nothing of the cruel world.At the beginning he started to touch her and then he gradually started to trick her into taking off her clothes as though it was some game.
She was just a child and didn't know about such things so just went with it.But after a while he did inexplicable things to her,and she felt uncomfortable but was too afraid to say anything about it.
This went on for a year or so,until Adam moved away.She didn't forget though,and as she grew up she started to realize what had happened to her,what he had done to her.
She couldn't tell her parents about it,how could she,she felt so embarrassed and disgusted in herself.She blamed herself for being so naive,for letting him do that to her and just keeping quiet.
That event had really traumatized her,and she built walls around her.She never told anyone and kept it all in and suffered alone,crying herself to sleep and waking up in the middle of the night, because she kept having nightmares about it.
She would forget about it sometimes,but the memories would come flying back to torment her and make her loath herself even more.She was so disturbed she would sometimes hear voices in her head, screams that would make her cry out of nowhere That had worried her mother, and when she would ask her what was wrong, she would never tell,just saying she was stressed or something.
Even though all this happened,she was an A student in class and was highly appreciated by her teachers. She wanted to make her parents proud,she would stay up all night studying for her exams.
She didn't have that many friends,because as a kid she used to bully people,as a means of coping with the emptiness she felt inside.
She also felt really insecure about herself because she was fat,and sometimes students teased her about it.Some even had told her she was ugly"to her face", and that slowly ate at her self esteem and confidence, leaving her with nothing but self hatred and loathing.
