Clementine's POV
"Ciara!" I hear my best friend Hazel shouting.
"Well be late for class, come and put your ass down here right now!" She said.
"Alright, chill." I said
"What took you so long to get your phone?" Hazel asked curiously
"Uhm, nothing," I immediately answered her question trying not to open up.
"Oh, Please don't lie to me I know that you've gone crying upstairs because of your childhood best friend," she said sarcastically
"Hazel remember will be late for class," I said trying to change the topic that I have to deal with.
"Oh yah," She said and storm out of the house.
Flashback
"Clementine!" I heared Xavier shouting my name.
"Xavier, What is it?" I asked him
"I have a gift for you," he said while showing he's big dimples and a cheeky face.
"A gift?" I asked surprisingly
"Yeah, A gift, here let me show you," he said then I saw a pink box with a pink ribbon on it.
"What's that?" I asked
"Wait until you see it." He said excitedly. When he opened it I saw a necklace, the necklace was a shape of a heart and it has a locked on it.
"Open it," He told me, When I opened the necklace I saw a paper.
"A paper?" I asked curiously
"Read it." He told me

"Promises? Why? "I asked him
"Ciara! You're space out again" Hazel shouted. "Let's go." She added
"Sorry... Okay"

As I reached to school I felt like I wanna go to my house and never go back to this shitty place
I used to like school before when I was young because I was with Xavier but when he left me I started disliking this place because of our memories together.
"Ciara, please stop thinking of him, please get over him." I said to myself and sighed out of the blue.
"OMG! Have you heard there's a new boy in school and they said that he's cute af!"
I overheard their conversation, I honestly didn't care about if there's a new student here in my school because I know that they will judge the people here and I hate it.
*ring*
The school bell rang loud and that means that it's time.
I ran to the halls to reach my locker and got my books and went to my class which is Biology.
