dick was making his way math. He had just finished chemistry where he meet this girl. she had bright red, almost pink hair and emerald eyes. dick couldnt stop thinking about her. he was so lost in thought he didn't hear wally calling his name.

"hey dude, you good?''

"dude"

"dick!"

that got his attention his head popped up and he looked at wally.

"dude, you were totally out of it whats on your mind?"

Dick got slightly nervous at this. He couldnt tell Wally he was thinking about a girl or he would go tell the guys and they would never let him live it down. He couldnt let that happen. so he said the first excuse that came to mind.

"uh, just thinking about the game next week..."

dick knew wally would probably know he was lying, they have known each other since 3rd grade. but wally seemed to except that answer and started talking about something that happened during his class that jason did. dick groaned, of course jason gets into trouble as soon as he takes his eyes off him.

jason was his adopted brother, bruce wayne adopted him and jason when no one else would and while he was grateful to have jason he was also rather annoyed at how much of a trouble maker he was. dick was a goody-too-shoes if he admited it and with his brother always getting into trouble teacher always asummed he would get into trouble too so he never got put by his friends in some classes.

but also jason could be a good friend when he needed someone to talk to who would actully understand what he was going through. bruce wasnt really one for teenage stuff, so having someone who you can talk to and joke with was good.

dick said goodbye to wally who had to go down a different hallway to get to his classroom. and kept walking to math, but was stopped when a certain blonde came up behind him.

"oh dickie!! you miss me?"

kat. they dated in middle school for one week and now it seemed as if kat thought they were soul mates and dick would come around at some point and they would run off into the sunset together. ugh.

she was always trying to flirt with him but dick wasnt having any of it.

"what do you want kat?"said dick in a annoyed tone. He hated when she did this, it always got on his nerves.

"I want yo-" dick held up his hand "don't even finish that sentence." Dick was so done. He hated everything about this girl, and yet she wouldn't get the hint.

He kept walking through the crowd of people hoping to lose her since his class wasn't to much farther. He was almost there. Just a bit further-

Dick practically head bumped someone "ow,uh, sorry" he looked up and saw he had bumped into some sketchy looking guy who he recognized as fang black. He looked super angry and for a second dick was stunned. "You better stop talking to my girl. Or I'll beat your head in rich boy." Dick gave a confused look. "Tell Kat to stop talking to me!" Fang scowled and walked away cutting shoulders with him.

When he finally got to math he looked around for a spot when he noticed the girl from science last period. He stared to go get the seat next to her when a paper ball hit him in the head from across the room. Annoyed he looked for the source to find Roy and Victor near the back.. away from the girl..... he took one more glance at her -she seemed to be sketching in a note book- and walked over to his friends.

Victor was glancing between him and the girl and dick started blushing. "What?" He asked a little to intense. "Oh nothing" victor said leaning back against his chair with a smirk on his face. Dick scowled but couldn't help that he was blushing. He took his seat and started working on changing the subject before class started.

Today was going to be a long day.
