This takes place in modern times a high school AU-

Normal POV~

"Fairy Tail High was celebrating the 4th of July all together, unless they wanted to spend time with their loved ones they wouldn't have to come to school.

Fairy Tail High was having a firework show and as tradition (I just made up ;^;) They have to kiss someone at midnight.

Lucy Heartfilia was spending her 4th of July at home, by herself. Her father was outraged and didn't want Lucy to go to her school. When she asked her slapped her across the face leaving a visible handprint. She tucked herself away in her bed. Closing off everything.

Her mansion was close by the school and she had a view of it from her window. She lifted herself out of bed lazily walking over to her window, she looked out and a pair of gray eyes met her gaze.

Her heart skipped a beat recognizing the blonde boy.

Laxus Dreyer, her crush since she moved to Magnolia and the Principle's son. He turned his head after their eyes staring into eachothers for a good twenty seconds.

She blushed slightly at the sight of the muscular blonde staring at her. Everyone knew very well that was her house. Her best friends were all sitting together watching as the fireworks shot into the sky. She stared at it and ever so slightly a smile crept on her face as she watched her friends have fun.

She laughed as she saw Natsu, her bestest friend fall over, she squealed in a fangirl scream when Jellal, the vice president of the student council kissed Erza the president of the student council.

She awed in delight seeing Juvia her most down to earth friend giving her own crush, Gray someone who reminded her of a brother some treats.

She chuckled as Wendy hugged her cat Carla and played with Natsu's cat Happy.

She laid her head on her elbow as she watched the fireworks and her classmates in her bedroom.

A knock came from the window and she turned her head slightly, a letter was sitting on her desk under the open window. She reached over and grabbed the letter, opening it carefully.

She ran her finger over the paper before reading it, the handwriting was sloppy and looked like it was done in the dark.

'Dear Lucy,

Hey blonde, its Laxus, I noticed you werent at the party. Is it because of your dad?

What a bummer.. I actually wanted to kiss this one girl at midnight but she's not here either. Well what am I going to do.. Flip the page over'

Ofourse he has a crush.. She thought as she curiously flipped the page over. He heart went flying at the words she saw, 'I wish you were here, otherwise I will have no one at midnight'

She started tearing up, she doesn't know why but she did. She looked out her window and didn't see the Sparky down at the party, instead she saw him on a little ledge near a hill that was behind the parties area.

She put on some jeans, a t-shirt, some combat boots and put her hair up before carefully jumping out her window. She flew through the trees and stopped at the wired fence. She wondered how he got through it anyway but pushed the thought away.

She climbed the fence and jumped down, she ran quickly toward his direction. She made it to the ledge, his back to her. She used all her courage and ran at him, just as it hit midnight and the bell rung at the school, Gray kissed Juvia, Levy kissed Gajeel, Erza kissed Jellal and Lisanna kissed Natsu, little Wendy hugged the cats and she hugged her friend Romeo.

Lucy ran up to Laxus and turned his face toward her before connecting their lips, her instantly kissed back. The scene was perfect, the two of them on a hill. Their friends in the background and the fireworks going off. Lucy for once in her lifetime, glad that her father had kept her home.

Otherwise she wouldn't have read his letter, which sent her heart flying more then it should. Her cheeks rushing with heat. Her heart quickened as they seperated. She couldn't bear looking at him. "I love you Blondie"

Those words made her snap, she threw away her embaressment and looked Sparky in the eyes. His gray eyes drawing her in, "I love you too"

The year of high school concluded, Lucy and Laxus got together, Gray confessed to Juvia who has waited patiently for years, Natsu and Lisanna started dating, Gajeel and Levy got together as well. Erza and Jellal havent got together yet but Jellal was planning on asking her later today. Wendy and Romeo became best friends and Happy and Carla were rumored to have mated together.

Everyone were surprised that Lucy and Laxus got together but everyone cheered them on. And that is the story" Lucy explained to the three children sitting infront of them.

A small blonde boy with light blonde hair and orange eyes. He had a wide smile, he was six years old. Next was a dark blonde haired girl who had gray eyes, she was four and was laughing. Last was a two year old baby who had the same color of hair as Laxus and brown orbs like Lucy.

She had a confused look with her large brown eyes.

"That was awesome!" The boy said clapping his hands together. Lucy nodded toward her son, Lucas.

The second child nodded her head, her wavy blonde hair falling over her shoulders. Lucys daughter Stella. (Spoilleeeeerrrrr coming upppp) Lucy turned to the third child. Whose hair resembled her own. The babys eyes resembling Laxus's. She smiled toward them. Her latest child, #######.
