Me and Tord were sitting in an empty room. We were handcuffed to the table the whole time.
Tord did nothing but look bored as hell as he let out a heavy sigh. " how could you look so bored?! We just got caught by all these people!" I whisper shout.
"It's not exactly my first time in this room." He said, sinking into to his chair in shame.
"What?" I said with seriousness.
"Buuut! It's not exactly this hectic! They found out where we lived and what town we live in. And that's why I've been so worried back then. If they found out where I lived then I probably won't go back home." He explained, giving me a look of 'I hope you understand what the hell I'm saying.' Look.
No, I did, but...
Does that mean we're not coming home in a while...? Or worse, ever?
I narrowed my eyebrows at him. I looked at my hands. I killed someone...
Again.
I don't want to go home.
Is he still gonna send me to the army?
My eyes started to hurt as I held in my tears. I can't cry, not here.
Then, the big metal door creaked open as a man walked in with a clipboard. "Okay, let's get this over with." He said under his voice. "Hi Tord, remember me? We've been threw this already but you brought company here so my name is doctors—"
"Dick." Tord interrupted. I chocked on my own breathe with a little laughter I held in.
The man sighed heavily in disappointment. "No Tord, that's not my name."
"Just get to the questions Dicky! I wanna get out of this room already!" Tord complained.
"If you say so. Your where abouts?"
"In a house." He said, sarcastically.
He seemed to just be disappointed in Tord. "Fine." He wrote it down. "Why did you leave?"
"I don't like it here. Everyone here is to lazy and incompetent for my liking." He said, now scoffing at it all. "If I was the red leader, I would keep this place in shape. It would be the strongest arm in the world." He said, glaring at the so called doctor.
"Tord, for the last time. You will be the red leader." He said, making it clear.
"Whatever. Can I see my father or what? I just wanna get this over with." He said, stepping up.
for a while I wondered why everyone was letting Tord walk all over them in a way. Then I remember he's the son of the red leader. He could do whatever he wants. I stepped up to, trying following Tord if he leaves.
But then I remembered we were handcuffed...
He let out a sigh, then giving up. "Fine. But the girl has to stay." My heart sank at that.
Why do I need to wait here?!
"Wait, why does she had to stay here? She's coming with me." Tord said, getting a little angry.
"Tord, her father wants to talk to her in privet. And he was given permission by your father. So she has to wait here." He said, walking to Tord. "Lets go." He said as he took off the handcuffs off Tord.
"I'll be back soon, okay?" He said in a calming voice.
"Okay..." I say, worried I haft to talk to my father in a room where no one is in.
