"Wrap it" i tell vic. We're currently in the parking lot of the dr. "Is it tight?" He asks. "Thats fine" i say. I turn my car on and drive. We stop by a gas station and vic gets off. "Hey babe. Are you okay? I saw what happened" alex says. I have my airpods. "Hey , yeah I'm good. I just left the checkup. I got xrays and shit. He said nothing is wrong it'll just be a bruise" i say. "She's a dirty ass player. I'm glad you're okay. All the guys are worried about you. Were watching the game in the clubhouse" he says. "Awh. Where are you?" I ask. "I came out to get something from my car supposedly" he says and i chuckle. "So uh my brother tagged along" i say. "Okay , so what's the plan?" He asks. "We're at a gas station , we're like 10min away" i say.

"My coach gave me some papers for doc , he didnt know i was going so he thinks I'm going just because he asked me to" i say and he chuckles. "Okay , so text me when you get here and I'll wait for you" he says. "Alright" i say. "See you soon" he says. "See you soonnn" i say chuckling then hang up. Vic gets in and we leave. Shortly arriving at the entrance. Gates aren't opened yet. We get through parking and again i follow the guy in the golf kart. "Why do you get special player parking?" Vic asks. "Since they're our sponsors we're part of their organization" i say and he nods. I quickly text alex and wait. "Well lets go" he says taking off his seatbelt. "Hold on I'm waiting for something" i say.

I get the "I'm here" text from alex and i grad the manila folder. "Lets go" i say. I take off the icepack and get off. I grab my oversized jacket and slowly put it on. Not gonna lie it hurts like a bitch. I lock my car and we walk towards the doors. I see alex talking to a security guard. We go inside and get checked. "Hey" i say. "Hey" he says and side hugs me. "This is Victor my brother" i say. "Alex" he says. "Victor" vic says and they shake hands. Vic is taller than me I'm 5'4 , he's 5'8. Nate is 6'1. My dad is 6'0. "Do you know where doc is?" I ask alex. "Yeah follow me" he says. We follow him and we pass Sue's "office" she sees us and stops us. I def got along with her the day we met.

"Hi Claudia" She says. "Hi Sue" i say. "How's your arm? I was watching the game" She says. I slowly lift up the sleeve and both alex and sue gasp. "Does it not hurt?" She asks. "Yeah a bit" i say. "You need to ice that" alex says. "I had it iced on my way here" i say. "I'll get you an ice pack. Where are you going?" She asks. "We're going to doc's" alex says and she nods and she leaves. We continue walking until we get to doc's office. Alex knocks and we wait for a response. "Come in" we hear doc say. "Dugie" doc says. "I brought you someone" he says as we walk in. "Claudia!" Doc says getting up. "Hello" i say.

"This is my brother" i say. "Victor" vic says shaking his hand. They talk then i talk to doc. "I was told to give you this" i say handing him the folder. "Oh yes , thank you" he says. "How's your arm? We we're watching the game when it happened" doc says. "It's bruising already" i say showing him. We talk for a bit then sue comes with the icepack and we go so the guys can practice. The guys see me and ask me the same question if I'm okay. I respond "I'm fine" and they ask to see and i show them. The game is about to start so we go to our seats which were moved to behind the homeplate.

"Number 27 Alex Verdugo" the p.a says and his walk up song starts. I cheer ofc. He quickly and discretely looks over at me and i feel butterflies. He smirks a bit and gets to home plate. 1st ball strike , 2nd ball strike , 3rd ball bitchhhhh. Solo homerun yes sir. I was taking a video so i got when he hit the homerun and he was running the bases. I caption the video "don't let the kid get hot 🔥 @dugie_11" . He gets to home then looks over at me and smiles. He gets to the bullpen and gets congratulated. "Number 35 Cody Bellinger" the p.a says and everyone cheers.

"Congrats" i tell alex. "Thank you" he says hugging me. Everyone left were at the parking lot. I parked next to his car. "Do you just wanna follow me?" He asks. "Yeah" i say. I open my door and he gets to his car. "Y'all foolin around" vic says. "What?" I ask and chuckle. "Are y'all like fucking or what? This flirty secretive shit aint working out" he says and i laugh. "Wtf are you talking about? We're friends. Just like I'm friends with the other guys" i say. "If you say so" he says. Alex pulls out and i follow him. "Oscar told me what happened. He asks about you. He asked if you're okay" he says. "I don't care about him" i say. "He cares about you though" he says.

"I'll get a number two and a 10pc chicken nuggets" i say. "Okay and drinks?" She asks. "A coke and a hici" i say. "Thats it?" She asks. "Yes" i say. "Okay" she says and the total price shows. I go up to the window and wait. "Your order was payed for by the guy in front" he says. "Go to the next window" he adds. I go to the other window and chuckle. We get our food and we park. Alex goes over to his passenger side and i open the door. "Go kiss the dude" vic says and i laugh. I get off and hug alex. "You did amazing" i say and peck his lips. "Thank you" he says. We quickly kiss then i go back to my seat. "Here you go" i say giving him a $10 bill. "Nope" he says.

"Are you not gonna eat?" Vic asks. "My arm hurts" i tell him. We stay for a bit then we go our own ways. We get home and i shower then take two pain killers. "Let me see" my dad says and i show him. "It hurts" i add. "Take pills" he says. "I did" i say. "Here keep this on it" my mom says giving me and icepack. We talk for a bit then they leave.
