Claudia Today is jimmy kimmel. This weekend all I've heard is my name. Its overwhelming honestly. Many retired pro mlb players have talked about me some started saying "if there's all this hype about her then she better be on top of her game for the whole 3 years or else whats all the hype about". They're putting ALOT of pressure. I mean lets bring it down a bit. It definitely has been alot. The guys have sent flowers so basically my room is FILLED with flowers. Alex gave me a bracelet its matching with his. Its very very cute. Things with us are great honestly. I'm very very happy with Alex. I really hope and pray this is my last relationship.

"She's gotten all of MLB's attention at a young age. Last week she became not only the youngest to sign a mlb contract but the first female to sign a deal. Welcome Claudia Tihan" jimmy says and the audience claps as i walk out. Fuck. "Hello" he says. "Hello" i say and he hugs me then i sit down. "Welcome" he says. "Thank you for having me" i say. "Claudia Tihan , am i saying your last name right? Tyhhan?" He asks. "The H is silent" i say and he nods. "Tihan" he says and i nod. "Lets talk about you , you're a highschool senior. You have this season so far 30 home runs" he says and the audience claps. "The last 3 seasons and this season total you have 130 home runs. 9 grand slams so far" he says and they cheer. "Thats incredible" he says. "Thank you" i say.
"You signed a 3 year $5,250,000 contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers" he says and i nod as everyone claps. "Congratulations" he says. "Thank you" i say. "You've been the topic the whole weekend. With PRO MLB players giving their opinions. What are your thoughts?" He asks. "I 100% respect them and their opinions. They're all legends and know what they're talking about" i say. "You've hung out with the boys in blue , many fans on social media have made MULTIPLE edits of you with Rookie Alex Verdugo. They want you two together. Here we have a video" he says and they show the edit. Oh god. "Yes I've heard the fans at the staidum" i say and chuckle. "Would you date him? I don't know if either of you are in a relationship. But if you're both single would you?" He asks.
"I can only speak for myself but my focus is on baseball" i say. "Well thats good? You have a bright future ahead , maybe a future with alex?" He says and everyone laughs and i chuckle. "We we're trying to look up some things about you so we can talk about it but we couldn't find much. You keep your life private" he says. "Yes i do. I think thats what keeps me sane if that makes sense" i say and he nods. "You and your team since being sponsored by the dodgers you play at dodger stadium. How has it been transitioning from a small field to a stadiu?" He asks. "It was very overwhelming , dodger Stadium is intimidating , the stadium is huge. We were lucky enough to have the guys there and they coached us making us look at the stadium not in a scared way" i say.
"You're the best teenage female baseball player at the moment. I'm positive it comes with stress everytime you play. How do you deal with your mental health?" He asks. "Yes it is alot to handle. I do the best i can to not pay attention to the numbers or the lables that are given to me. I would say keeping myself focused and grounded makes me less stressed" i say and other questions are asked. "You and your teammates played against the boys in blue last week. You girls won. How was it playing against them?" He asks. "Yes we did. It was nervewraking , i would've never imagined playing against them. I thought they would be easy on us but no. At first pitching was between Clayton and Ryu. I was beyond nervous , they're icons. You know so going in with that mindset i just knew myself and the girls wouldn't be able to really do much" i say and we chuckle.
"But during bp our coach said they changed for Julio which wasn't as much as a relief because he's also a beast. But yeah playing against them was great we had alot of fun" i say. "This moment went viral. It was when your twin number 27 outfielfer Alex Verdugo went to bat you were hysterically laughing" he says and they show the video. I then laugh just remembering that. "What was so funny about this moment? Also this?" He asks as they play when i went to bat and we both laughed. "Okay so i would say three days prior we were all hanging out and Alex and i made an agreement to choose eachothers song. We had to keep it a secret until that first at bat" i say. "And you choose cotton eyed joe for him and he choose the veggietales theme song for you?" He asks. "Yes" i say and chuckle.
After jimmy we went out to eat and my dad left me at nate's because I'm "hanging out with nate". I'm really not. Alex and i are going to a drive in movie. Its our date night. Next week well this sunday we leave for Mexico. Today i did three interviews. Two were suppose to be for tomorrow but we managed to change them this whole interview shit will be done on tomorrow. My parents are going on "vacation" from Tuesday night to sunday morning. So 4 days. They're going to hawaii. Why? Idk. Why them? Its a trip they got from their job. As the older sister I'm in charge. Which is great i like being bossy af.
