LISA'S POV

Parents were chasing after their children to catch them. I saw them out of breath and told myself how lucky I was that Lia had never had this kind of attitude, especially since I'm not sure how I would have dealt with it. The mother scolded the little boy who had an ice cream in his hand and his head down, not having the courage to face her. As the father stood next door without saying anything. His eyes were already fixed on the game arcade and he paid no attention to his wife who was teaching their son a lesson. I could already hear what was going on in his head. The poor guy had to hear his bitter wife's incessant voice all day long. After the furious mother stood up and fixed her 80's outfit, she took the hand of the little boy who wasn't moving a bit, she was this close to exploding once again. She called her husband several times in a strict tone before he reacted. The woman who was about to go mad was now yelling at her husband, probably to tell him that he was not raising their child properly. The poor man's face became pale and just nodded, you can see who had the last word. The woman stomped on it, leaving her son and husband behind. Before the woman left the mall, the two fell into endless laughter, they definitely had a good relationship.

"Guys, could we do something other than shopping? You've already robbed the entire mall and honestly my arms are this close to dropping the bags." Bobby knocked his forehead on the table. We were sitting at a table in the middle where we had a view of everything. The mall was a place where thousands of people passed by every day. How did people manage not to get tired of seeing the same stores every day?

"Dude! You almost spilled my latte!" Jisoo quickly grabbed her cup of coffee and protected it as if it was worth its weight in gold.

"Excuse me for having some in my head."

"Just because you're a doctor doesn't mean I'm gonna start respecting you, man."

"Can you shut the fuck up for a few minutes? We haven't hung out together for centuries and here you guys are bickering like kids." Rosé, desperate, explained as calmly as possible.

"I'll keep my mouth shut if we do anything else after that besides the shops." Bobby crossed his arms and looked away with his ugly face when he's mad.

"We'll do something else if you stop behaving like an immature adult.", Rosé took a deep breath before bringing the cup of cappuccino to her lips. I was so sorry for her, instead of spending time with her best friends, she was more like the monitor, "Lisa, are you okay?" she says in a more or less worried tone, seeing that I hadn't said a word since we arrived at the mall.

"Hum, yeah I'm okay. I was just thinking about a few things... work, you know." Rosé seemed to buy my excuse, unlike Jisoo who gave me a look like I-know-why-you're-like-that. On Bobby's side, he looked at me with a suspicious eye but quickly dropped out when he saw that I wasn't particularly worried about anything.

Actually, I was worried, I mean, I don't know if that's the right word. Ruby Jane hasn't contacted me in three days. It would not be fair to say that it is only her because I didn't contact her myself. I just didn't see why I had to call her and apologize when I hadn't done anything wrong... right? I'm not the one who started getting angry over the smallest thing. It was very frustrating because I felt like I was at fault when my brain was telling me that I had nothing to blame myself for.

Besides, when I arrived home with the medicines Yaya had asked me to take at the pharmacy. I found her in the couch with Lia. She was holding a bowl of rice soup that Lia had prepared for her. She didn't seem that bad, but I thought it would be better if it wasn't serious. I was tempted to send a message to Ruby Jane but dropped the idea since I didn't want to look like the extra burden person. But I've been thinking for three days about whether or not to visit her or at least give her a call. She was playing with my nerves and she knew how to do it.
