I sat in my truck and watched his every move. Word on the street is that he is Laura's dad. He from the islands.

I knew then it was gonna be harder to take him out , so I could get to his daughter. "Who tf called this man"? I asked myself

I really didn't wanna call up a few people , but it seemed like I would have too. I didn't really fuck with too many , but I had one person only that I knew would help me.

I picked up the phone and called my boy Ghost. After about 3 rings he finally picked up the phone. "Damn nigga, what you doing , fuckin "? I asked him. "Hell yeah , and yo ass interrupted".

"Look fuck all that , I need yo help bruh". "My girl cheating on me and I need help getting her back".

He told me he was in and to meet him at the spot in an hour. I told him alright and hung up the phone. I kept watch on this man until it was time for me to leave.

A hour later

I pulled up to the spot and I seen Ghost leaning up against his new black bmw. "Damn this shit clean bro" I told him.

He just nodded his head and walked to the front door. He opened it and told me to take a seat.

Ghost: now why are you here? You know I don't fuck with you like that

Me: I know but you the only person I knew I could come too and ask for this favor

Ghost: FAVORRRRR!! What I look like nigga

Me: come on man , I'll give you 20 bands if you help me get this nigga so I can get my girl back.

Ghost: was she really ya girl , or you just mad cause you fucked up with some girl and now she down moved on?

Ghost: exactly . You still the same bitch ass nigga, but I'll help you get this nigga.

I walked out happy af. I had a good feeling my plan was gonna work. Soon Laura will be all mines.

Laura POV

I watched as my dad stared Trey down like a hawk. I don't know why he looking at him like that. I'm a grown ass woman , I date and fuck ok who I please.

Me: daddy why you looking at him like that

Sal: cause mi know he fuckin mi daughta , and mi don't like it

Me: how can you say you don't like something when you disowned me after grandma died?

Sal: I'm sorry baby . Mi was just going tru it and I didn't know how to cope

Me: so you disown ya own daughta for ya bullshit?

Sal: lil girl you will not talk to me like that

Me: and why not ? Huh ? You fucked up not me. You abandoned me. We just met and you LEFT ME!

I started getting loud because he trying to make it seem like I was in the wrong. The whole time it was his fault not mines.

Sal: please baby girl let's talk about this. I want to fix our relationship

Me: I really don't know. You legit cussed me out and told me and I quote you "suck a dick and go to tell". You know how that made me feel? Coming from my own DAMN FATHER!!!

I started yelling . I was pissed the hell off.

I felt someone touch my shoulder and it was my mama. She looked between me and my dad and already sensed we had got into it.

I turned away and looked up at Trey. "You see what I'm talking about"? "This why I didn't want y'all to meet, he should have just stayed his ass in Jamaica".

I grabbed Trey's hand and we went upstairs to my room. I needed to calm down before I put my hands on this man. Father or not you not gonna come into my house on that bullshit.

Trey: come here , calm down

Me: you really telling me to calm down?

Trey: yes I am , now being yo ass over here and sit down

Me: fine 😒

Trey: now I know y'all not seeing eye to eye right now, but we all got to work together to find out who this person is. Now I'm gonna call my cousin and see if he heard anything ok?

Me: alright

Trey POV

I called my cousin Ghost to see if he had heard anything about Laura .

Ghost: my nigga. What's up cuz

Me: wass poppin homie

Ghost: not shit just got back to the house from the spot

Me: oh yeah ? What's happened?

Ghost: you remember Dre right ? This nigga obsessed with some female and he wanna take her new nigga out

Me: well damn, that man know he be fuckin up with every female

Ghost: right . I'm like I'll help just because it's 20 bands

Me: shit me too. But listen I need ya help. Somebody been following my girl and her folks and I need ya ear out on the street.

Ghost : I got you . I'll let you know what I hear. But yo what ya girl look like so I can get a description on what to look out for

Me: she a lil shorter than me , she a bbw , short hair . Light skinned and she drive a Audi .

Ghost: alright I got you bro

Me: good looking

I finished my call with my cousin and I knew I would have some info in the next few days. I decided to just take Laura out to eat to her her mind off of things.

Me: hey baby , let's go get some to eat. You had a long day.

Laura: can we go get some pasta? I want pasta

Me: wherever you wanna go babygirl

Laura: let's go to the Cheesecake Factory

Me: alright let's go. Oh yeah ima give you some act right since you had a attitude with me.

Laura: ok daddy 😏

We went downstairs and told everybody that we would be back tomorrow afternoon. We hopped in my car and went to get something to eat.

I couldn't wait until I got this information. Folks wanna play with my girl, they playing with me too.
