A day together

After Ze paid, you left the warm café and are greeted by the cold winds of outdoors. You shiver at the sudden coldness and hold onto your arms.

"Are you all right?" Ze questions.

"Yeah, I'm fine" you lie. You slide your backpack off your shoulders and reach into it. You feel everything inside, your purse, sketchpad, pencil case, earphones, little make-up bag, glasses and contact lens case but no jacket, like you were searching for. You sigh and slide your backpack back on. 

You shriek and jump as you turn back to Ze when you feel something big land on you. You pull it off and look at it.

"Your jacket?" you ask Ze.

"You need it more than me!" He smiles.

"Are you sure?" You shake the blue jacket at him, he grabs it.

"Of course I am (y/n)!" he says as he holds the jacket open for you to put on.

"All right. Jeez, you're such a gentleman" you giggle as you turn around and lift you arm up and into the sleeve hole.

Once the jacket is on, you snuggle your face into the warm material as you hold it close to you.

"Thank you Ze" you smile at him.

"No problem(y/n),you're my friend, and friends look out for each other!" 

~~little time skip~~

You and Ze have been walking down a few roads, talking about random things like usual. You stop when you see a Gamestop. Ze stops after a few steps when he realizes that you aren't at his side any more, he turns and faces you. He stares at you confused for a moment, then he follows your line of sight.

"You want to go in?" Ze asks. You stare at him and nod your head, you're a massive nerd and spend most of your time playing games. He giggles and grabs your hand, pulling you along towards the store. You blush at the contact.

You enter the store, your eyes widen at how bigger and better this is from the crappy game shop in your town. Ze chuckled at your practically drooling state.

"What do you want to check out?" he asks.

"Err, PS3 games first, it's the one of the only consoles I have" you frown.

"All right, it's over this way" he grabs your hand again and pulls you lightly over to the PS3 aisle. You stare in awe at all the games that your tiny game shop doesn't have. You and Ze both reach for the MineCraft case, your hands overlapping each others. You both quickly retract your arms and giggle a little. You grab a case and Ze rests his head on your shoulder and wraps his right arm around you, resting his hand on your hip.

You browse a few more items and settle on buying MineCraft for PS3 and a red gaming headset. It didn't cost too much which is good. You pay and leave the store with a big smile on your face.

" Where next?" Ze asks.

"I honestly don't mind,  it's up to you since I chose Gamestop!" You smile.

"How about we go see a movie?" Ze suggests "it's only 3."

"Sure!"

You walk to the cinema,  the same one you went to when you were younger. You decide on seeing a horror called 'Porcelain' *I just made that up*.

Ze pays for the tickets after he insisted again just like back in the café. You buy some popcorn to share and a bubblegum flavoured slush each. You take a seat in the theatre close to the front. You look over to Ze to see him on his phone, he looks up at you and your (e/c) meets his green ones.

" Come here" he says with his arm out, you lean in to him and he lifts his phone up. He's taking a photo? Crap, I probably look like shit. You smile anyway as he does.

His phone clicks as he takes the photo; you both take a few random photos,  pulling random faces in some. In the last photo he takes, he kisses your cheek. You blush as he puts his phone down. He just kissed me? Maybe he likes me? Stop it (y/n), it was nothing,  just a friendly peck on the cheek. You shake your head at the thought.

After a while, the adds end and the movie starts. Its about a girl made of porcelain; a girl who's trapped as a human doll murders a group of teens in an abandoned Victorian hotel. *cliché,  I know. I just thought of something simple*

You've never been very good with horror films as you're very jumpy, but this was the only thing playing at the time that didn't look like complete shit.

You were quite far into the movie when a jumpy moment happened, the doll girl appears out of nowhere and stabs one of the boys. As she appears,  you shriek and latch your hands around Ze's arm and bury your head into his shoulder.  He smiles softly at you and rubs his hand up and down your back, comforting you.

You pull away blushing and thank him. Wow, I bet I look like a complete idiot! It wasn't even that scary, he didn't even flinch! But noooo, I had to jump and squeeze him!

After a few more jumps for you and a few more victims for the porcelain girl, the movie is over, ending with the porcelain girl's cracked face turning to face the screen.

You and Ze walk out of the theatre and out of the cinema. Ze stretches whilst you yawn. You realise how tired you actually are, you haven't slept for a ages now and when you did, it was really short and left you feeling tired still. Besides, today has been a big day and you've done a lot, just wearing you out even more.

"You all right?"Ze asks.

"Yeah, why?"

"You look really tired, that's all."

"Well I am a bit but who isn't? " you laugh awkwardly,  trying to get off the topic, you dont want the day to end. You certainly aren't ready to go back to your boring town and to your dull apartment. This has been one of the best days of your life and you aren't going to cut it short because you have stupid sleeping troubles.
