"How have you been?" Ze asks you.
"All right I guess" You smile at him "What about you?"
"Great!" he exclaims, causing you to giggle of how much he hasn't changed. You talk about normal things, talking a bit about the past when your conversation was interrupted.
"Can I take your order?" A blonde waitress asked with a smile on her face. You and Ze look at each other for a second and smiled as if to say 'are you thinking what I'm thinking'. Ze nods his head once.
"Two Oreo milkshakes please!"
"No problem, I'll be right back" the waitress leaves and goes into the room behind the counter.
"You remember our drink!" You giggle to Ze.
"Of course I do! How could I forget? We're the reason it's available here!" Ze responds with a teethy smile. Back when you and Ze were children, you would come to Marco's café and order vanilla milkshakes and you both decided to add crushed Oreos to it, you did it everyday and after a while, the owner made it a official thing!
You both think about when you were younger, how life always felt so perfect! You both converse about random things.

"Here's your orders, two Oreo milkshakes! " the waitress chimed as she put down the glasses of the creamy mixture. She left again to wait on other people.
"So how often do you get one of these?" You ask Ze as you take a sip of the heavenly milkshake, bringing back so many memories of your childhood.
"Actually, I haven't been here since you left.." Ze responds as he looks away, you notice a light pink dusting his features. You begin to blush a little too.
"Why not?"
"Well, its not the same without you! This is our thing, we always did it together."
"Aww, that means a lot to me Ze" you smile at him sweetly. You take another sip of your milkshake, as you remove the glass from your mouth, Ze notices that you have a milk moustache. He starts to giggle, you stare at him, confusion written all over your face.
"What?" You ask. He continues to giggle. "Ze, what are you laughing about?"
He slowly stops giggling and says "nice moustache".
You lift one of your hands to your upper lip and feel a cold substance. Shit! You immediately turn bright red and attempt to wipe away the milkshake moustache. You bury your face into your hands out of embarrassment.
Ze lightly pulls your arms down, to reveal your face, you lock eyes.
"I'm sorry (y/n), I didn't mean to embarrass you! Look, I'll make it up to you!" He says.
"Fine, but it better be good!" You said in a sing song voice.
"(y/n)."
"Yes Ze?"
"You still have a bit on you."
Your eyes widen. Just as you go to lift your arms to your face, Ze places his hand on your chin, his other lifts up and he places his thumb onto the corner of your lips. He slowly rubs his thumb across your lips, removing the cold liquid.
You both just stare into each others eyes. His hands are still on your chin and lips. You both mindlessly lean in very slowly. The gap between your faces decreasing slightly. You both stopped abruptly when you heard a girl squeal "OMG! It's Ze!"
He quickly releases his grip on your face and you both shoot back in your seats. You turn away to hide your blush. Ze turns and faces the girl who is now standing at your booth. He glances over at you, then back to the girl who looked younger than you and Ze, maybe 16?
"Hey there" he says with a friendly smile.
"OMG! Can I have a picture with you?" The girl practically yells as she pulls out a phone from her pocket.
"Sure thing" he slides out of the booth and stands up "(y/n), come on".
"What?"
"Get in the picture!"
The girl glares at you slightly. You become even more confused and slowly obeys Ze's orders. You stand up and awkwardly step closer to Ze and the girl. Ze pulls you closer and puts his hand on your shoulder whilst his other one rests on the girls.
The girl lifts up the phone and they both smile whilst you force one. After the girl takes the photo, she thanks Ze and leaves, but not before sending you a death stare.
As she walks away, Ze sits back down and you stand there confused. Why did that random girl want a photo with Ze? And what's her problem with me? I doubt she knows me, I don't even live around here!
You sit back down and watch as Ze takes a gulp of his drink.
"So what was that about?" You ask.
"Oh nothing, don't worry about it"he responds, that doesn't answer any of your questions but you decide to just ignore it and enjoy your time.

You both finish your milkshakes and you reach into your adventure time backpack for your purse.
"What are you doing?" Ze asks.
"Getting money, what does it look like?"
"Don't bother, I'm paying!" He says as he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a creeper head wallet.
"Its fine, I'll pay for myself" you insist.
"I'm paying, I said I'd make it up to you, this is the start!"
"Fine" you roll your eyes.
