"Just remember Sakura your The Pink Gem of Konoha" Kakashi's voice rang in her head as she jumped from tree branch to tree branch.

Sakura never would've thought they cared so deeply about her. Their feelings were as equal to as Sasuke's departure from the village. Sakura still cringes at the day he left. She confessed her love to him...yet he still rejected it. He's the one who took the wrong path not her.

"Stop it Sakura," she shook her furiously "There isn't anytime to be thinking about him!"

After about two days of traveling Sakura decide to build a fire and get some rest.

She say against a tree which legs up against her chest and her arms wrapped around them. She stared at the fire for awhile and couldn't help but just think about what Kakashi Sensei had said before she departed.

"You decided which path to take...Ill always be on your side...there isn't any wrong path."

"But what did he mean by 'Your The Pink Gem of Konoha'" Sakura said to herself.

Sakura's head snapped into the direction of a twig snapping. She slowly moved her hand to her thigh pouch to grab a kunai. Once she grabbed it she quickly flung it in that direction, only to make a squirrel jump out frightened. Sakura sighed in relief. But she still had the feeling someone was watching her.

Morning came quickly, which couldn't be any better for Sakura. She didn't feel comfortable being in the woods alone, again she had he feeling of someone watching her.

She quickly packed her things, before picking up her pace from where she left off.

"Oi Master Kakashi!" Naruto exclaimed running up to him, Sai trailing behind "Did you talk to Sakura-chan?"

"Yeah" Kakashi said with his monotone voice.

"Well where is she?" Naruto asked looking around.

"She choose her path and leads that way" Kakashi pointed to path that leaves Konoha.

"What!?" Naruto exclaimed. "Why didn't you stop her?!" Naruto boomed at Kakashi.

"I shouldn't have to stop her, she's old enough and strong enough to make her own choices, Naruto," Kakashi shook his head "You all should have a little trust or respect in Sakura, if not you should be ashamed."

Naruto lowered his head in sadness, "But what if she gets injured on her way to Suna, remember it's a three day trip?"

"She's a medic," Kakashi simply answered "She's trained under Tsunade for the past two years and still trains with her, you might not realize it but Sakura is strong, physically and mentally" Kakashi said with a sigh and looked back at the path Sakura took.

Sai and Naruto both stood there in silence, not knowing what to say.

"Have a little trust in her will ya, Naruto?" Kakashi asked tilting his waiting for a reply.

"I guess your right," Naruto said a small smile forming on his face "I mean she really is strong."

"Good" Kakashi stated and patted him on the shoulder. Just Kakashi was about to walk away he turned and whispered in Naruto's ear: "Besides she's a Chūnin and your still a Gēnin."

Kakashi chuckled at Naruto outburst, "KAKASHI-SENSEI THATS NOT FAIR!" Sai even laughed earning a shout at Naruto. But Naruto still had a feeling that she wasn't prepared for this mission, Sai thought the same.
