"Hi," Kwon Jiyong smiled, and Dara didn't know what to react.
Fate indeed was fucking them.
Who would've thought that Bom's bad omen will come true?
It almost felt like a scripted movie scene happening in real life. There's always the constant surprise followed with heartaches. Dara was sick of it, but she can't do anything to stop it.
"H-Hi?" Dara was finally able to recover. "You're... here." she breathed, and found her hand touching him just to confirm if she's not hallucinating or what.
"Kino-confirm ko lang." she muttered to herself before turning to him again. "Uhm, 'di ka pa pala umaalis?"
"Can't fly due to the rain," he smiled. "I heard you're still here with Jjangmae so I just dropped by."
"You spending New Year alone?" even faked a suprise on his voice.
Dara pouted before nodding her head. "Parang ganon na nga... I was supposed to go home a while ago kaso wala ngang mga flights."
"We're all stranded here," Jiyong heaved a deep breath, pretending to be sad and bothered with the idea.
"Uh..." Dara looked at him before looking back at her room. She was pondering whether to stay standing in here and talk to him or let him in. There was a major conflict in her head right now but she knew it was rude if she won't ask him in. "Where's your room?"
"I'm staying on Youngbae's room but I lost my key," ngumuso ng kaunti si Jiyong, tila nagpapa-awa.
"For sure may spare key sa baba. Nireport mo na ba?" Dara worriedly asked and Jiyong nodded.
"Exclusive rooms usually doesn't have spare keys.
Guests started coming a while ago because of the rain,"
She was sure there'd be a solution for Jiyong's problem. It's a matter of survival and Jiyong losing his key was his own fault. She's sure Jiyong can't move the way he used to.
"Kasama mo ba si Soon Ho Oppa?" Dara asked and Jiyong shook his head.
"I'm here... alone,"
"I went here to support you-and my members, but ended up being stranded.
"Have you called that you're here?" she worriedly asked and Jiyong nodded.
"I might fly tomorrow when the skies are clear,"
