Dara’s week has been unproductive ever since the dating scandal she has with GD surfaced. It was frustrating her but she cannot do anything not until the issue dies down.
It was a lazy day for her until she decided to pack her duffel bag and fill it with extra shirts and stuffs. Suot ang itim n’yang track pants, oversized white shirt, Adidas running shoes at black ball cap ay lumabas s’ya ng unit n’ya. It’s past 9pm and she decided not to inform her manager tutal gabi na naman at malapit lang naman ang pupuntahan n’ya. Kiyong’s also busy with his shoot so she just drive herself there.
She reached the agency and felt the same disdain about a week ago, but seeing it from this calm perspective made her somehow nostalgic.
And now they’re just memories that drifted apart.
Umakyat s’ya patungo sa pakay n’ya.
“Dara-yah!” Ssabunim hugged her and she gladly hugged him back.
“Kamusta po?” she asked politely.
“Same old…
He tapped her on the back.
Dara forced a smile before roaming her eyes around the newly renovated gym. “T-Talaga po?” For some reason, Dara didn’t missed them. It did nothing but torture them back then, especially Bom whose agonies are too much for this place.
Ssabunim toured her around the new place and the new equipment. Dara was impressed with how the gym changed so much. But then, she knew to herself she still prefers the old one. Nothing beats the treadmill there.
“I have a new routine for you,” sabi ni Ssabunim na hawak ang isang clipboard.
“I bought it on my way.
“Akala ko nakalimutan mo na!” he happily took the paper bag.
“Some things still don’t change,” she warmly replied before going to the locker room and settle her stuffs.
She thought it was just some of the trainees or staffs so she didn’t bother to look and earnestly tie her shoelace.
“Ssabunim—“ her eyes went wide upon seeing the guy standing in front of him.
“Hi,” it was Jiyong, wearing a black cap and panting so hard while holding his knees.
“Hey,” kumunot ang noo ni Dara. “Okay ka lang?”
Jiyong heaved a deep breath before facing her again. “Yeah, sira ‘yung elevator kaya naghagdan lang ako,”
