Dara found herself being pulled by little hands, and she’s still entranced with it. Not until she saw Jiyong on the driver’s seat and getting the car out of the basement.
“Wait!” she didn’t meant to shout, but she did that kind of a startled the kids.
“Imo?” Mingguk asked with a long pout.
[Imo : Aunt]
“Oh, my! I’m sorry, Mingguk-ie!” she quickly hugged him and the cute kid was pacified. “I was—I was…” she looked around, to Daehan-ie looking up at her with curious eyes, Manse with a long pout for only giving Mingguk a hug, and Haru with her cute little head tilted. “I’m just happy!” she nervously laughed and the kids yelled with excitement too.
Nakita n’yang tumawa mula sa rear mirror si Jiyong at pinigilan n’ya ang sariling maging bayolente sa harap ng mga bata.
“Where are we going again, huh?” she can’t even remember. Ang alam n’ya lang ay natuwa s’ya ng sobra sa mga cute na bata at walang ginawa kundi sumang-ayon sa mga hiling nito. And now she’s here, off somewhere with the little ones… and Jiyong.
“Imo, you said we’re going there!” Manse excitedly said, bouncing on his seat, he’s probably up on the ceiling already if he’s not just on his seat belt.
“There?”
“There, Dara Imo!” Haru pointed upwards that confused her more.
“Heaven? Oh, no, kids! How can we—“
Humagalpak na ng tawa si Jiyong. “Dara, ‘there’ is not heaven,” he swiftly swerved right before eyeing her, still chuckling.
Even the kids started laughing, even more exaggerated that embarrassed her more.
“Imo’s so funny!”
“Imo’s a clown!”
Isang pilit na ngiti ang pinakawalan ni Dara. “So… saan ‘yung ‘there’ na sinasabi n’yo?”
“We’re going to KC, Imo,” Daehan informed her but she was still confused.
“KC?” Dara scratched her nape, thinking what KC means but she really can’t come up with a thing. “Is that a new restaurant?”
“It’s kid’s café, Imo,” Daehan politely replied.
“Oh! Café? Hindi ko alam na mahilig na ang mga bata ngayon sa kape,”
The kids laughed, and there goes Jiyong stifling a laugh too.
“Imo! We don’t drink coffee. It’s bad for our health, we’re still kids.” Daehan corrected her again, and Dara never felt so embarrassed with her life.
“Kid’s café is like an indoor playground, Dara,” Jiyong won’t stop chuckling and Dara badly want to smack the back of his head.
“I really don’t know that,” she admitted.
“Gwenchana, Imo,” Manse sweetly consoled Dara while tapping his little hands on her. “You can play with us.”
“Your Jiyong samcheon will,” she smiled. “He’s really good on playing, you know.” And a devil smirk after.
