Chapter 7: Really?

Tom's POV:

Oh god. I just said that to Edd. Does he love her too? No, no, no. What's happening? Why do I feel so guilty and stupid? "That's great! Are you gonna tell her? if you want, I can." Edd said, making me worry less. "Please don't, I want her to hear it from me," I said, looking back at the sun. A smile started to grow on my face. "I've never felt this way about anyone before, my heart feels so empty yet full. I can't stop thinking about her Edd. I feel so stupid for falling in love with someone. FUCK, WHY? I LOVE HER SO MUCH, I LOVE Y/N AND I CAN'T HELP IT!."

 I yelled, and there was a silence. Edd was looking behind me, and I turned around to see what it was. It was Tord and Y/N holding my ice cream. The look on her face, I could tell she heard me. "Y-You what?" she said, shaking. Tord had an evil smile on his face and then looked at Y/N. She had tears on her face. "I'm not sure If I feel the same." I looked at her and then the ground. I had a small, sincere smile and started walking towards her. Tord's face started getting angrier as each step passed. I reached for my ice cream and took it, touching her hand lightly as I did. 

"If you didn't, then you would have gotten a different flavor ice cream than me," I said, with one tear. She looked at Tord, but I made her look at me with my hand. My hand now cupped her cheek and she put her hand over mine. "Yeah, I guess your right." She leaned in and kissed me. Tord covered his mouth and then looked away. Edd grew a smile and walked over to Tord. "C'mon, Matt might get worried or lost," he whispered to Tord. He gave him a funny look and just started walking with Edd. I have never been happier in my entire life.

Your POV:

Our kiss grew deeper and deeper and we finally released. "So... how do you feel now?" He said, being sweet, yet serious. "I... I think you're great."I said, starting to crack up. He put his hands around my waist. "Why are you laughing?" He asked, with his face an inch from mine. "It's just a little weird that we just met, but I'm 100% sure I want this. It's strange...but I'm really happy that we're together." I said and smiled while I took another bite of ice cream. He laughed then pulled away... huh? I made a confused look. "Our ice cream is gonna melt, silly." He said, putting a spoonful in his mouth. OH, DUHHH! We started walking back to shore while holding hands. We finally got back and sat in the open trunk of the car. We ate our black raspberry ice cream and watched the sunset.
