Chapter 40: Don't leave...

***This story will be ending soon, probably like 4 or 5 chapterss**

Tom's POV:\

"BRIE WHERE ARE THE ESPADRILLES??!" (Don't look up what they are,)

"I"M LOOKING!"

"SOMEBODY SAVE HIM!" That voice, it was crying. And it sounded a little like Y/N... Aw shit.

I look up, and I see about 3 or 4 doctors running around me and Y/N crying on a chair hiding her face. She couldn't bare watch me go like this. I want to die in peace, you assholes. Not yelling and crying.

"HEY!"

Everyone stopped and looked at me, I saw all my friends peek through the window outside.

"Everyone...out."

All the doctors made a confused look and Y/N was rocking herself in the chair trying to stay calm. After they left, I motioned Y/N to come here. She slowly laid herself on my bed, moving into a bunch of useless chords and vines that went inside my body. I spooned her and stroked her hair, slowly running out of air. My chest felt a small pain, then it stopped.

"I love you..."

Then I took my final breath.

Your POV:

I heard the monitor start beeping and my heart shattered. I knew this was it, I turned around and cupped his face. He opened his eyes a little and said I love you, I didn't want it to be the last time he says that.

"...Don't leave."

He closed his eyes and smiled, then the monitor went silent.

He was gone.

He left with a smile on his face

I made him happy.

I'll always remember that.

I got out of my thoughts and there were tears streaming down my face, Edd walked in and effortlessly hugged me, with tears stained on his face too. I felt too weak to hug back, but it felt nice... I wish it was Tom.

Edd was gonna stay with me until I got my shit together, It's hard losing someone and being pregnant all by yourself. It's a lot of pressure doing this on my own too. I know that Tord and I will probably raise this baby together, but not anytime soon.

"You okay, love?"

We were laying in my bed, he was hugging me and I was crying in his chest. 

"*sniffle* Y-yeah, I just need food."

"Oh, alright. I'll go get some."

I tugged his sleeve.

"D-don't leave..."

I started crying, those words mean so much more then they did before.

Edd made a concerned face and giggled a little bit.

"How am I gonna get the food if I can't go?"

I got up and followed him, my legs shaking from laying down for too long. I held onto him and slowly walked down the stairs.

"You will be teaching Vannah soon how to walk down the stairs.

"Heh, yeah."
