The comedy lover played nervously with the edge of his black tie. His friends were discussing something, but he couldn't say what. He was very busy struggling in his mind to find the right words to apologize to Simon Cowell.
Then, he raised his eyes as he perceived that person boarding the jet, along with someone else. The BGT gang glanced curiously at the beautiful woman, but no one said anything.
"Hello, everybody ready?" Simon looked happy.
"Yeah!"
"Uh, Simon" Walliams touches the man's shoulder. He looks at him without changing that joyful expression "can we talk?"
"Babe! Come, I have to say something to you!" Miss Ritchie gestures to him to hurry. Walliams secretly rolls his eyes.
"Wait!" Simon stayed with him "What is it?"
"I want to apologize for what I said yesterday. It was too much and I'm really sorry."
"What happened yesterday?"
The tallest man's expression was indescribable "w-what? Please, don't make me say it again" grins shakily.
"I don't know what you're talking about" Cowell shrugs his shoulders and goes to sit with Suz, leaving David Walliams in disarray.

.The next contestant appeared in front of the big light screen. You could say he was in his forties "Hello judges!"
"Hello sir..."
"Mendes"
"Mr. Mendes, are you married, single...?"
"Single, thank God."
People laughed at the man's answer.
"Why aren't you married?" Simon asks.
David jokes "well, why haven't you made your new girlfriend official?"
The most sincere judge of all time replies at once, "well, why aren't you married?"
Everyone, seriously everyone, was shocked.
Walliams was awestruck, those words echoing in his head. He was always trying to keep his personal life out of the public, so there weren't any details about his divorce, and hearing the subject from Simon's lips, in the middle of auditions, was a heavy hit.
It was unbelievable, but Simon was also mindful that he had messed up.
For the benefit of all, Alesha recovered quickly and saved the situation by asking something else "and what will you do today?"
What a disgrace.
.
.
."Your house is very nice Simon" compliments the brunette.
"Thank you" the Cowell smiles without showing his teeth. He leaves the jacket on the coat rack, as well as his black gloves "can I offer you something to drink?"
"How kind, of course!" she sits on the bar island.
Simon gives her the drink she ordered and prepares his. Suzanne was talking to him, he can see it from the corner of his eye, and he pretended to listen to her.
Yes, he pretended, because the sad and broken smile that David Walliams gave him before he left was still in his mind.
"It doesn't matter Si, really," he had said.
But Simon knows that what he had done was foolhardy, so it shouldn't be so easy.
The black-haired man then thought of calling him, to make sure he was all right."You're right, Suzanne. Excuse me... I'm going to get my phone."
He was gone for a minute, to return with the electronic device in his hands. He took a seat next to her and they crashed drinks.
Simon took a big sip and looks for David's contact on the long list. He presses his name, calling him instantly, and apologizes again to walk to the living room.
One, two, three, four rings...
Simon notices his sight blurring.Five, six...
Simon staggers.Seven.
David picks up "Simon?"Simon faints.
