•chapter 24•Even more folders

M/n POV
         As I'm in the car I look at the folder debating if I should open it now or wait till after the meeting. After a few seconds of debating I decided to open the folder, but I wasn't ready for what was inside. I hear my driver say we're here and he gets out to open my door. I quickly put everything in the folder and grab my bag. As I get out of the car I keep thinking about the folder.

       As soon as I step in the building I get a text from Han.

    "Hey Love, I had to leave early due to a family emergency I won't be home till next week. Love you take care."

         I silence my phone and put it in my pocket then head to the meeting. I can't stop about the folder. Well, more like about what's inside the folder. Once I reach the meeting room I quickly open the door and head inside.

"M/n! Finally you're here! What took you so long?" My manager says as he's leading me to my seat.

"Ah, I had some...folders to look over." I say the sit down at my seat.

"Okay then! Now that M/n is here it's time to start the meeting!" He smiles and everyone claps. He sits down then says "Mike what do you have for me?" Mike then stands up and hands my manager a folder.

"According to the research I've made, M/n get a bunch more likes on Instagram when he posts something that has to do with Han." My manager nods and Mike continues. "So I've come to a conclusion that Han and M/n can release a mini album together and see how it goes from there. In the folder are some ideas of the theme for the mini album."

My manager open the folder and skins through the list, then nods. "Okay, Nicky you're turn." Mike sits down and Nicky stands up.

"I fully agree with Mike, but there's a concept that I think would be great for Han and M/n." She goes to the front of the room and hands my manager a folder.

'Gosh what's up with people and folders today.'

"As you can see many people in the comment of photos with both, M/n and Han, say they look like a great couple." My manager was about to cut her off, but she continues. "And before you cut my off, I know you don't allow dating, but it would make good profit."

(before anything else, most people just think it's 'brotherly love' and they aren't a real couple even if they post couple stuff")

She heads over to me. "They can fake date when the album releases then fake break up after the album becomes big. It's a win win." She then looks at me "M/n here gets a good looking dude and popularity, while we get money."

      My manager goes to protest, but she cuts him off. "People already think they're dating and we get good profit from it. Imagine how much we'll make when the come out as a couple and same goes for when the break up." She bows then goes to sit down.

      A few minutes pass in complete silent, then my manager finally decided me to say something.

     "The concept of lovers." I look at him. "It's a great idea! We'll release the mini album and on that exact day they'll come out as a couple! Perfect!" If looks could kill he'd be a dead man.

   He gives everyone a job and then excuses them to work. Soon it's just me and him.

  "I'm leaving early." I say and grab my things. As I'm about to get into the car my manager calls my name.

    "M/n!" I turn to look at him. "You dropped this, I thought it was something important so ran after you." He hands my the folder. I bow and say my goodbye; I get into the car. I tell my driver to take me home. And not the one I share with Han.

While I'm in the car my eyes wonder to the folder. I sigh then close my eyes.

*little time skip*

I wake up to my driver lightly shaking my shoulder and telling me we're here. I rub my eyes and stretch knowing that's the only sleep I'll get for today. I get out of the car and head to the apartment door. I then unlock it and step inside.

"Who's there?" I hear Sona say from the kitchen.

"The one and only clown." I say. I put my things down and head for the kitchen.

"M/n nice to finally see you in person again." She smiles at me. "I would give you a hug, but as you can see I'm cooking m." I nod my head as of saying I understand. "So what brings you here?"

"What? I can't come to my own apartment?"

"That's not what I meant. You haven't been here in like a month. Obviously something happened or you wouldn't be here." Sona says as she's preparing the vegetables.

"I just came to stay for a while I missed you." I hug her from behind and put my head on her shoulder."

"Yeah right" she chuckles and feeds my some cooked ghost broccoli (yes I know it's not actually called ghost broccoli) "You came just in time. I just need to finish somethings and lunch will be ready."

"Okay call me when it's ready. I'm going to go change and put my things in my room." I let go of her and go get my things to bring them to my room. I decide to shower first and then change because I feel disgusting, but then again when do I not feel disgusting?

After I finish showering and drying my hair I get changed and head to the kitchen to see if lunch was ready. When I get there I see Sona sitting at the table with the opened folder.

"I'm going to kill him." Sona stands up and walks to me. "Why didn't you tell me earlier?" I sigh and sit down at the table.

"I didn't know till today." Sona's eyes widen and she sits down next to me.

"But the proof and the pictures all have dates. The earliest one if from more than a month ago M/n." She let's go on my hand and rubs her head.

"Maybe it's just fake. I haven't talked to him about it, it could be fake and-" she cuts me off

"M/n." She holds my hand once more. "I don't think this is fake." I was going to reply, but my phone rings.

"Hello?"

"M/n where's Han?"

"He said he had a family emergency so he won't be back till next week. Why?"

"Come to (name of cafe)"

* end of call*

Once he hangs up I face Sona.

"Jimin just calls and says to go to (name of cafe)" I say. Sona gets up and starts putting on her shoes.

"What are you waiting for? It sounded important let's go."
