Josh's POV:
I walk into the building with a soft smile. I grabbed her some roses to help light her room and in hopes, she will wake up. I grabbed some of her clothes and things so she has them when she is up. I get out of the elevator and head down the hall to her room.
"SHE'S CRASHING"Someone yells
I hurry down the hall, dropping the white roses and her bag when I see Jackie being pulled out of her room.
"Jackie!?"
Micheal looks up at me and closes his eyes
"She's-"
I push past them and run into her room
"Sir you can't be in her-"
"I will get you fired if you dare make me leave"I bark "What is happening!?"
"SIR!"A male nurse yells coming closer
"Tell me!"
A woman walks over to me and gives me a look
"She isn't waking up, her body is trying to take care of the twins but, it's hurting her because her body is also trying to take care of her"
My heart hurts
Why is this happening? Why now?!
"What does this mean?"
"Sir-"
"I am not choosing. They all will make it so fix this and bring her back to me!"

She's stable now...the babies are fine
We are pregnant...with twins
Ocean would be a big sister
Noel would be so happy to find out she is pregnant...finally.
I finally got my girl and my kids....

I walk into her room with a smile, my queen. I pull the chair up, sitting down, I hold her hand
"Come back to me baby...I need you here. Who knew I would need someone so badly? I want to tell you something exciting....I need you"I whisper
Five Minutes Later...
"-and then when you get home we can start on the room"
Just then her finger moves
"Noel?"I breathe out
But nothing happens
I'm just imaging it...right?
"Wat-ter"
I grab my water bottle and bring it to her lips pressing the nurse button. She sips the water slowly
"You're awake"I soothe her
Tears I had, fell as I watch her slowly open her eyes pushing the water away
"Josh"She calls out
"Yes baby? I'm here" I grab her hand, bringing it to my lips for me to kiss
A nurse walks in and her eyes go wide
"She's awake"She smiles walking
Nurses walking pass, walk-in
"Of course" I smile
I meet her beautiful eyes and smile
She's awake
