Chapter 51: Will You-

It's been a while, a few weeks have passed by now. Everyone is going on with life, Jackie is still a mess. As soon as we got back she filled for divorce. I talked to her, seeing if she was OK with it all and said she needed time. Carter has been 'disappearing' a lot....I have my guesses where but, he needs to be careful, Grey isn't one to just let go so easily. Liz called me last week...she's met a lover. We've facetime and I met him then. He seems like a real catch. She's coming down soon, she's on break and I get to meet her boyfriend then. I'm excited and a proud sister!

Hailey and I have been bonding over having babies. She's only having one and is really happy. We still can't believe we are both pregnant...and I'm pregnant and am loving it more this time around. Josh has worked way more, says he needs to get as much as he can get done before these babies come in 6 months. Time is flying which meant that today I find out the gender of my babies. Josh will meet me there, he is busy with meetings. I'm worried he is going to tire himself out before the babies even arrive. Today, I am 12 weeks with these babies...I was 12 weeks when I lost Ocean. I cried all morning in between throwing up from morning sickness. It's really hard, I talked with Josh about it this morning as he was leaving but, asked not to talk about it. It broke me but, I knew I couldn't just morn all day.

Alison called last night wanting to have us over for a dinner tonight. Josh and I had a chat, we agreed to tell everyone we are pregnant along with letting them know the genders of our babies. It will be a full house with his family and mine face-timing. Hailey wants to wait until she has her baby which is killing Micheal. It's funny to watch actually, he wants a baby girl.  Hailey wants a boy, they said as long as the baby is healthy they are fine but, their words towards each other about it is funny. 

I'm getting in the car with Micheal and Hailey. I'm finding out today, she's just having a check-up but, wanted to do it the same day, she is a week ahead of me. I am so excited, I already feel huge but, then again...I'm dramatic. 

"I'm so excited," I say rubbing my belly "I'm finally doing this"

"I know!!"Hailey squeals

"What do you think they are?"She asks

"A boy...maybe a girl but, I'm not sure"

"You're too good for him, "Micheal says

"Micheal!"Hailey slaps his arm as he drives

"All I'm saying is that he better treat her right" He laughs

"He is"I simply say

"Good"

I sit in the room waiting for Josh. He's late, the appointment was 10 minutes ago. He is late...the nurse is pushing it back but, it's taking up our time. I look at my phone and not a  single text. He has been off, a little too off today. He keeps everything short and ends calls before I can even get a word in. 

"Just go ahead"I sigh

"Are you sure? I-"

"Yes"

I lay down and lift my shirt so my stomach would show

"So your blood work came back and because Joshua likes to make sure everything is done right, we ran it 2 more times and the results are the same"She smiles

"You ran 2 more times?"

"Yes, He stopped me when you were leaving and asked me to"

"Oh" I chuckle

"Are you sure-"

The door opens and Josh rushes in, closing the door

"I'm so sorry," He says rushing to me grabbing my hand "Are you already starting?"
