Chapter 24

Demi was afraid.

David was getting closer and closer to them.

He had already killed so many of there greats and now he had killed Diana.

She was such a great women.

Even though they were the same age she had respected Demi as a commander.

Who was going to be next?

Was it going to be Annabelle?

Or maybe a lead.

She prayed to god it wasn't Mitchell.

She loved him with all her heart.

Annabelle was trialing today.

She should probably go down there but Reno had called a meeting with her.

She walked into the meeting room and sat at the table.

"Hello Demi. Thank you for coming."

"Why do you want me here Reno? I would like to go and see my daughters trial."

"Ok I will make this quick." He said. "I have a plan to stop David."

"What is it?"

"Well you are the key to my plan." Reno explained. "I am very aware that David is still in love with you, and if he believes you are still in love with him, then we can get close enough to kill him."

"What makes you think I will do that?!"

"It will bring David down, and if you don't I will tell Annabelle about her being my daughter."

Adam's life was so confusing right now.

If he knew where Annabelle was he would run to find her.

He was still so in love with her, why did he have to feel this way?

He knew why.

Because they were soul mates.

He wondered if Annabelle still believed that.

She probably had a boyfriend by now but he still believed it was true, and if he ever saw her again, she would believe it too.

Mitchell had got a call from Mayim to meet him in the hall a couple of minutes ago.

He opened the door and entered.

"Hello Mitchell." She said. "Thank you for coming."

"What do you want to talk to me about Mayim?"

"I have some disturbing news about Reno that may be good enough for us to make him step down if it gets out."

"Wait. Why would we want him to step down."

"We need a new lead Mitchell. Reno isn't doing his job well enough. It is taking forever to get rid off David, you got a death threat, and we are having to push trials because all our good hunters are dead. I'm sure if we had another lead all of this wouldn't be happening."

"This is true. But what is the news and how would it take him down?"

"Well... Demi and  Reno slept together when she was 15. Annabelle is his daughter."

"WHAT?!"

"Yes, and also Alexander is Dianna's mother and I am Arrow's."

Mitchell needed a second to process this.

Reno had slept with all the female leads.

This was definately enough to bring him down.

"Wait, how do you know Annabelle is his?" He said.

"I overheard a conversation between them."

"I'm going to take him down." Mitchell said with fury in his voice.

"And I am going to help you."

Dean plunged the wolfsbane into his wolf he had beaten then turned around and shoved his knife into the only vampire that was left.

He ran to the red button and pushed down on it.

"Congratulations Drew. Your up to your last round now." Marina said over the microphone.

"YES!" Drew sceamed and Annabelle laughed over the microphone. "I love you Annabelle."

"Love you too." She said over the mic.

"Ok we are about to start the next round." Marina said.

A couple of seconds later he heard the doors open and the ten werewolfs and vampires in.

The first vampire ran at him and he easily jumped it swiping it with holy water. It fell to the ground.

He ran for the weapon but a werewolf got to it first.

It stood still for two seconds and Drew jabbed the wolfsbane into its heart and it burst into flames.

He threw the closest two vampires on the fire with the burning wolf.

He picked up his weapon off the ground and aimed it at a wolf that was running at him.

He shot it into its heart and it fell to the ground screaming.

He jumped up and dodged the vampire that was running up behind him then put the holy water into it's heart.

There were only two left now.

He took them both out with his crossbow and ran to the red button.

He pushed it and he was done, he finished his trial.

As soon as Marina opened the door he ran through it and hugged Annabelle instantly.

"Congratulations Drew. You are now a hunter." Reno said as he walked in through the door with Demi.

"Why are you here Demi?" Annabelle said.

"I am here to see you trial if you don't mind." Demi said.

"What if I do mind?"

"Well then it doesn't matter what you think. There has to be a lead here."

"Then why is Reno here aswell?"

"Because he wanted to come."

"Whatever. Marina open the door."

Marina pressed the button to open the door for Annabelle's trial.
