Chapter 9- Goodbye's.

A couple of hours later the red carpet was rolled out and the celebrities began their way towards the Shard from their fancy car's being driven by some lucky person from the Shard, chosen to drive their vehicle. As all the excited fans all screamed at the railings set up to keep us from stepping on the red carpet I still couldn't help but get butterflies as Alan walk past looking at me from the corner of his eye heading towards the front entrance of the Shard. I swear I was blushing to the fact I must have looked like a tomato to him.

All the celebrities were all finally inside and at their designated seats up the front of the Shard in the grand hall waiting to watch the much anticipated movie that they have all been working so hard on or to just watch a teaser of the movie. Personally I had no interest in the film just as long as I saw Alan before hand I wouldn't care about anything else. Then all the second class people, everyone who isn't a celebrity, was allowed within the shard to sit behind the celebrities so we don't cause a ruckus and always end up turning behind disrupting the other viewers so they were put at the front. I already got what I came for so I'm not fazed about anything else. They were only showing a preview of The Gambit (Sorry this film might be a bit dated but I have no clue what Alan was starred in if anything else has been made with him in it.)

Yes Alan was in the film but that is no where near as good as meeting him in person. I wonder what my life will be like now that I have his number. Well I certainly won't be inviting him over for dinner any time soon as my house would look a bit stalker-ish if he see's the signed poster's of him. He would probably freak out a little and think I'm extremely weird then leave. Well that's my opinion though everyone is entitled to their own fantasies and addictions.

The film previewing was finally over and everyone was either leaving or heading to the grand hall for their dinner. Personally I just wanted to get out but I wanted to say good bye to Alan first. I walked through the hustle and bustle of people all trying to get through the little door way leading to the grand hall for their buffet meals. I slid and swerved around every individual looking at all their face's just in case I pass the man himself. What was I thinking? Of course he will be in the VIP guest area. There was no way I could get in their without walking in there with him. I'm probably too late and he's probably already eating his meal with the rest of his friend's. I stopped walking and completely turned the opposite way around and began to leave the grand hall.

As I made my way out the hall I stopped at a corridor and lent against the wall hot and out of breath. My god was it claustrophobic in there. It was neigh on impossible to breath in there. I caught the rest of my breath and pulled my phone out from my clutch bag and called up Lauren. The phone connected instantly.
"Hello Becca, how's it going?"
"I will tell you all the detail's if you come pick me up."
"I'm in the underground car park. come meet me. Go by elevator."
"Ok, see you in a few I guess." I hung up the phone and searched for the elevator. After a few minutes of searching I finally found it and stepped inside and and made my descent to the car park.

I stepped out the lift to see Lauren right in front of me.
"Took you long enough, come on let's go." She said in a agitated tone. I sighed and followed her to the car.
"Becca!!" Someone shouted from quite a way away. Both me and Lauren stopped and turned to look at who called me. Alan. He was walking toward's us.
"I will leave you two to talk." Lauren said with a hint of sarcasm in her voice. I nodded and she turned and continued to the car.

"Leaving so soon?" He questioned as he reached me.
"Yes and by the look's of it so are you." I said staring at the floor as I could feel myself getting flustered.
"Yes, well I'm not interested in eating with the others. I wanted to go home and cook my own meal." I agreed.
"Well don't forget to call me or message me when ever you want Becca. I will always answer."
"Promise?" I said finally making eye contact with him.
"Promise." He said sticking out his little finger to make a little promise. I connected mine with his as we lightly shook them making the promise official.

I said my good bye as did he and I turned and began walking away, that was until he grabbed me by the waist and spun me around so I was lent on his chest for support after spinning so quickly. I looked up shyly as he placed his index finger under my chin so I had to look into his eyes.
"Is that they way you wanted to say goodbye?" He questioned.
"N-no." I said. I sighed and mustered up all the courage I could get and tipy toed up to his height as he smirked. I lightly placed my lips against his and melted into his touch as he held my hips for support so I don't lose balance as I'm so short. We slowly pulled apart not breaking eye contact.
"Bye Becca."
"Bye." I said sweetly. I turned walking toward's the car and opened the door and stepped inside closing it again.
"I don't think I need to know what happened during the time you were there. By that display it looks as if you two have got... close." She said smirking.
"All he did was give me a kiss and another one just now as well as his number as Ron was about to beat the crap out of me in the VIP lounge."
"Wow, so he was there and still as persistent as ever I guess." I nodded.
"Can we just go home now?"
"Sure." With that we drove up a floor and out of the car park and out of the Shard completely after a long day and evening.
