After a satisfying lunch, the rest of the Kings retreated to their luxurious rooms to rest and recharge.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Lee, Mrs. Kwon, and Mrs. Hong, the formidable trio, invited me to accompany them to the magnificent library located in the opposite wing of the Kings' quarters.

As I stepped into the library, my jaw dropped in awe. It was a sight to behold, with its two floors filled with knowledge and history.

The upper floor housed an array of bookcases that lined the walls, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a scholarly study. The lower floor, on the other hand, boasted cozy sofas in two contrasting colors—white and brick-red—creating an inviting reading nook.

A French door led to a balcony, allowing the enchanting world of literature to blend seamlessly with the beauty of the outdoors.

"This is where we keep our family archives," Mrs. Kwon explained as she gracefully sank into the plush brick-red sofa across from mine. "The history of our clan is alive within these walls."

As I marveled at the surroundings, Mrs. Lee descended the stairs from the upper floor, carrying a stack of books in her arms.

"You should delve into these to gain a deeper understanding of your current life," she suggested, placing the books on a nearby table.

"She'll die anyways so how does exactly she has the right to know about our clan?" Suddenly, a disruptive voice pierced through the air, jolting us from our tranquility. We turned our heads toward the entrance and were met with an unpleasant sight—Yoon Ahyun.

Standing beside her was another woman, exuding a similar menacing aura that immediately put me on guard.

"Yoon Ahyun!" Mrs. Kwon snapped warningly, narrowing her eyes at the young girl. "I swear, Little Miss Yoon, don't be so crude."

Yoon Ahyun rolled her eyes, but the woman beside her shot her a pointed look before addressing us with a polite tone. "I apologize on behalf of my daughter. Her behavior was unacceptable. Please forgive her."

Mrs. Kwon let out a snicker but refrained from commenting further.

"Ahyun unnie is just jealous that Seungcheol oppa has finally found a Petal. She's annoyed that Seungcheol oppa will have to sleep with her," someone new retorted, their voice dripped with bitterness.

My eyes widened at the shocking revelation. I turned to see Minseo, Mingyu's younger sister, standing at the staircase, accompanied by someone unexpected—Wonwoo.

"By the way, I know that look very well, unnie," Minseo added, jabbing her finger towards the person behind her. Confusion clouded my mind. "This is not Wonwoo oppa. He's Bohyuk, Wonwoo's younger brother."

My jaw dropped at the unexpected twist. I shifted my gaze to Wonwoo—no, his younger brother, Bohyuk—examining him closely. Were they twins? But Minseo mentioned that Bohyuk was younger, so...

Minseo smirked in my direction, clearly enjoying the shock she had caused. "I know, it's quite shocking. People often mistake them for twins, but they're actually a year apart."

"Kim Minseo, you little troublemaker!" Yoon Ahyun, who still couldn't let go of her previous scolding, grumbled audibly, ensuring that everyone in the room could hear her.

"Mind your manners, Little Miss Yoon!" Another voice boomed, signaling the arrival of someone new. It was Mrs. Kim, Kim Mingyu's elegant mother, who had joined us in the library.

With grace and poise, Mrs. Kim glided across the room to take a seat next to Mrs. Kwon. "Honestly, Myungeun, you should teach your daughter some manners."
