DO I HAVE TO
When the sun of the day has come to an end.
And the night has taken over the sky.
When the stars and the moon fill my view I ask myself do I have to?
Do I have to be there to see the start of the next day?To see the sun rise and the sky become blue?
Do I have to keep going and walk and run or can I just stop and fall?
Do I have to be there for everybody when it feels like no ones there for me?
Do I have to keep strong and not give in?
Do I have to care if I do?
Can't I just give up and only see blackness? To be able to feel the peace of silence? To be able to go Into slumber or would I burn in hell? If I give up to quickly would anyone look back and miss me?
Do I have to live to see the next day? Or can I just go to sleep forever under the night sky? So that my last view are the stars and the moon and my only memory of you.
