Dear Princess Honeydew (completed)

Evergreen

"Honeydew." I said.
I flew over to her.
"What did they do to you." I said hugging her.
"Please put me down!" The black dragon yelled.
I looked at her. She struggled against the vines.
"How dare you. You will be brought back to Pantala and tried for murder. Or attempted murder."
"You're shouldn't be worried about me. Worry about him." She said pointing to the dragon who was almost out of his vines.
I wrapped him up in vines again and looked at them both.
"Who are you two?" I growled.
"Um Nova. And that's Camomile."
"Camo." He growled.
"Well I'm Honeydew's half sister." Nova said.
I tilted my head.
"Long story."
"I was aiming for you. I thought he was an assassin here to kill her. I got this a letter. And I don't know about you but I don't want to start a war with Pantala." Camo said.
"Well if Sunspot sent that letter then there won't be. She's brainwashed everyone. The queen the dragons. But not me and the Leafwings. We've been through this once before and we're not doing it again." I said, "so half sister?"
Nova nodded.
"I'm Evergreen." I said.
I heard wings flap and I looked over. Camo had cut himself out and was starting to cut Nova out.
I flew down and cut Honeydew out.
"Wait Evergreen. Do you know how to cure venom bites?" Nova asked.
"Why? Did something happen?" I asked.
"No it was an accident. My uncle went to slap my mother and Honeydew bit him to free herself. I think she just wanted to hurt him not to kill him. And now the queen is making her get her venom extracted into a blow dart to kill the Icewing Queen. Queen Crystal." Nova explained.
"Why?"
"She has a son. He hasn't married yet or had any female dragonets. So if she kills queen Crystal she can hold prince Solstice hostage."
"I might know if I have the ingredients." I said.
With the help of Camo and Nova we took Honey back to the Nightwing village.  The queen was pacing around and kept growling and hissing at any Nightwing that got close.
I walked over towards her.
"Hi.  I might know how to cure him." I said.
The queen hissed but stepped aside.
Another Leafwing walked up and bowed his head.
"Prince Evergreen." He said.
I nodded at him. 
"Do you have any nightshade?" I asked.
"Yes but why?  That'll kill him in large doses." He said.
"Yes but nightshade will cancel out the venom a little.  And put him to sleep so I can do my magic." I said.
He nodded and gave me one nightshade berry. I sighed and planted it. I put my claws were it was and started to grow it. Soon I had a whole talon full.
I crushed them up and put the juice in the Nightwing.
I sighed in relief when I saw his breathing steady out.
"Now all I need is.."

About an hour later.

Everyone looked at me as they saw the Nightwing open his eyes.
"He saved Shadow." They whispered.
"Who is he?"
"He's so dreamy!!!"
"I bet he got his scars from a huge battle."
Honeydew walked over to me and put her claws over my cuts.
"Why?" She whispered.
"Why what?"
"Why did you try to save me. You got hurt." She said, "and I don't want you to get hurt."
"Honeydew. I-."
"What are you doing back here." The Queen growled.
"Well I brought Evergreen back. And he healed Shadow. I'm sorry again. I should have just used my claws." Honey said looking down, "I'll be out of your claws soon. Evergreen tell me what has happened."
"Well Sunspot asked your mother to be her temporary heir until you got back. What I'm thinking is if Aphid let's her be her heir then she'll challenge Aphid. She'll win and with you being cousins I don't think you can challenge her." I explained.
"No. Mother would believe I'm alive even if I was dead. She would never. But if someone brought my body back then mother would have no choice."
"That's why she sent assassins after you. She's to smart for her own good. And with me leaving I think she'll be after me next. She even tried to drug me."
"Well we aren't letting that happen. I won't let that happen. My queen with your permission I would like to go to Pantala. For peace purposes. And my daughter." Nightshade said.
I tapped the note in my pouch only to find it not there. I felt around and looked around.
"What are you looking for?" Nova asked.
"A letter. Nevermind it didn't have anything important." I said kicking at the ground.
"You mean this letter." Nova said handing it to me.
I nodded and went to grab it.
She then pulled it away and handed it to Honeydew.
"It's addressed to her." Nova said.
"Oooooooooh Evergreen's got a crush." Fastfuture sang.
Honeydew opened the letter and read through it. I covered my face and let it happen.
"Y-you think I'm cute." Honey said looking at me.
I looked at her and shrugged.
"Leafcutter put that in there. You know how she is." I growled.
"And the date thing?"
"It only says if you want to."
She giggled.
"Also the whole I hope you write back so I can keep the letter gig is creepy."
"That's not what is says.  It says I'm not going to do that."
Honeydew rolled her eyes.
"Fine you can go.  On one condition.  Queen Aphid cannot see you."
Nightshade nodded.
And like that we followed Nova to the shore. We were followed by Toxic, Nova, Fastfuture, Nightshade, Camomile, and Galaxy apparently.
"SCALLOP!!!! GET YOUR SLIMY BUT OVER HERE!" Nova yelled.
A boat came over with a really blue Seawing.
"WHAT!" He yelled.
"Take us to Pantala or I'll end you." Nova growled grabbing the poor Seawing and breathing smoke in his face.
"That's not how you intimidate someone." Camo said.
He pushed Nova to the side and grabbed Scallop.
"Hey he's already agreed let's just get on before we hurt the poor guy." I said.
Scallop let out a sigh and a thank you.
Camo put him down.
"C-Come on.  I'll get you to where you need to be." Scallop said helping us on his boat.
And we set sail to a kingdom that was going to go up in flames in a few days.
