Why Don't You Just Go Away... FOREVER.

Chapter 2

Ally's POV

I walked into the kitchen at work carrying a lot of plates. I'm a waitress at IPAN. I walked out and almost ran into my manager Mina.

"Sorry," I said.

"Watch were you're walking next time," she replied.

"Yes ma'am," I answered.

"I hate how she is always treating me badly," I thought, "like I'm stupid or something."

I've always had a problem not standing up for myself. I'm just very shy and anti-social. I also bottle up my feelings.

"Ally....," I heard someone say.

I turned around thinking someone called out to me but I saw no one. Then again, it echoed like it was in my head.

Little did I know at that time my life was about to drastically change. That everything in my life was going to take a very wrong turn. This was just the first sign.

I went about my day and nothing else happened. I clocked out and headed to my truck that's parked by the woods.

"These woods always gives me the creeps," I thought, "like it's trying to pull me in."

"Ally....," it was the voice from earlier. It echoed in my head a second time. This time though, it also sounded like it came from the forest next to me.

"That's creepy," I said aloud. I ignored it though. I got into my truck and headed home.

I pulled into my driveway and saw my parents' car. I pulled up next to their car. I got out and felt like someone was watching me. I turned toward the trees that lined my backyard. I thought I saw a flash of orange quickly moving behind a tree. I shook my head and ignored it.

"I'm just tired," I thought.

I walked to the front door, unlocked it and headed inside.

"I'm home," I said.

"Welcome home honey," my mom said, "how was work?"

"It was good," I replied, "I got a lot of tips today."

"That's good honey," she answered.

I told my parents goodnight, went in my room, changed and went to sleep. That night though, I had a very weird dream. Almost like, I was living it.

I was running after someone in the woods. They were screaming for help. I looked down and saw I had a katana in my hand. I grinned and ran faster. I jumped into the air and slashed down, killing the person in front of me. I was giggling until I heard someone say something behind me. I was turning around but all I was able to see if the person was a flash of orange.

Then I woke up panting.
