PoV: 3rd Person

"We're here..." eyes looked around in disbelief. They landed on an island of humans. The same one Sonic was on.

"The sun is setting," Blaze pointed out the sunset before them.

"That may be a good thing," Shadow stated, "We can look through the windows of houses without being caught."

"Sonic would normally be running around at this hour," Tails remarked.

"Or eating," Amy added.

  They looked around, wondering exactly where to go.

"Shadow," Silver tapped his shoulder, "Can you sense his energy near by?"

"He's to the east," Shadow replied, "But his signature isn't as strong as it once was."

"Do you think he's hurt?" Silver asked.

"That's a possibility," Shadow began walking east, leading the group to the blue hedgehog they were missing.

  Sapphire was in the tub, getting a bath from Hana. May already had her bath and was get dressed in pajamas.

"All done," Hana picked Sapphire out of the tub and dried him off, "I wonder how your robot parts haven't rusted yet."

"Rusted?" Sapphire asked, not recognizing the word Hana used.

"You're very well made," she replied, and handed Sapphire his toothbrush, "Brush teeth."

"Okay," The azure hedgehog replied, brushing his teeth as Hana combed his curly quills that immediately flooffed into the adorable messy bob cut his quills had become.

  Hana dressed Sapphire and put both May and Sapphire to sleep. The nightlight was turned on and the two friends fell asleep together, sharing their bed.

"Mom," Ashley spoke, "You think we should get them bunk beds? I mean, Sapphire us staying with us for the rest of his life. And he can't sleep with May when they're teenagers."

"The argument over the top bunk is going to be a long one," Hana sighed, "But yes. They need separate beds. They have the same taste so at least it won't be a problem on whay bed we chose."

"Sapphire could be trans you know," Ashley suggest.

"I do not want to pay for that surgery," Hana growned.

"He could also just be gay," A shely laughed.

"I don't have a doubt about that," Hana shut the door, "We'll need to look around Ykea for a good bed tomorrow."
                                                                        
                                                                        
PoV: Shadow

  we made to a house by a cliff. One light was on, two woman were talking in the kitchen. We avoided that window. We checked them all, every room and window. We came to a bedroom. A girl sleeping in. She was holding something. I moved the blanket, a teddy bear.

"Any luck," Tails asked as we met up on the roof.

PoV: 3rd Person

  The group decided to find a place to rest. The bed Shadow had checked was the very bed May and Sapphire were sleeping in. Sapphire was hidden under the teddy Shadow didn't bother checking under. No one had seen him.

PoV: Sapphire

"Sapphire," May woke me up, "You fell asleep under the teddy bear."

"Oh yeah," I pushed the giant bear off me.

"Kids!" Hana called, "Breakfast! Got brush your teeth."

"Mommy says we're going somewhere special today," May said.

"Yay!" I jumped up and May helped me brush my teeth.

  Breakfast was yummy and then we got in the car. I looked outside the widow before we started driving.

  What that? I say something blue on the house, A robot?

"May, is there a robot on outmr roof?" I asked.

"You're out only robot," she said.

"I thought I say one."

"I don't think there's a big enough ladder to get up there."

"Yeah."

"Maybe it was a bird."

"A really big bird."

"Alright you two," Hana said, "Lets go pick your new bed."

"A new bed!" We said.

"Why do we need a new bed?" May said.

"We're getting you two bunk beds, so Sapphire has a place to sleep," Ashley said.

"What are bunk beds?" I asked.

"Its two bed with a ladder. Someone sleeps on the top bed, and someone sleeps on the bottom."

"Cool..."

  Bunk beds sound fun. I hope we find a pretty one.

PoV: Shadow

"I can't believe it..." Tails watched the car drive away, "He looks so different..."

"We'll bring him home," Knuckles clenched his fist, "He needs to be somewhere safe."

  Sonic... What happened to you?
