PoV: May

"You're okay Sapphire," I held him. It was raining and all the thunder was scaring him. He was scared of strangers now because of those evil people animal things before.

"May... ah!" He shouted when another thunder bolt made a noise.

  He was crying it scared him so much.

"I've got got you," I want a to play, but Sapphire needed me, I could play later, "The thunder is loud, but it won't hurt you."

"I-it's... sca-ary..." he squeezed me.

"I know," I carried him to the couch and sat with him there, "Look. The rain is pouring down the window."

"... pretty..." he was happy watching the rain now. The thunder didn't make him cry so much any more.

PoV: Knuckles

  Amy... she just had to fuck it up! Sonic was so close... I almost had him in my arms.

"We need to go back," I stated.

"And do what?" Rouge sighed, "Amy traumatized him."

"I DID NOT!" Amy snapped, "It was those humans who scared him! We have to save him!"

"He doesn't know who we are!" Tails snapped, "He's forgotten everything... we can't even talk to him like we used to..."

"Sonic can get his memory back," I said, "We just need to bring him back home."

"We have to kidnap him," Shadow stated.

"Yeah... exactly," I sighed, "I don't want to do it, but how else can we get him home?"

  Sonic... I'm sorry to betray your trust like this, but I can't let you stay.
                                                                        
                                                                        
PoV: Sapphire

"May?" She fell asleep.

  I had always gone to bed before her. It was weird being awake by myself. I'm safe her. Hana said no one would try and take me again.

Tap. Tap. I heard someone knocking on the window. I looked over and it was the robot... The scary robot... It's here to take me again... back to those scary people.

"May," I tried to wake her up, "May... they're back..."

"You're not my target today," the robot said. It came inside and I hid behind the couch where it was safe.

"Go away, I don't want you here. I don't want you to take me away again!"

"If you keep shouting you'll wake her up."

"... don't take me away again..." I didn't like how scary he was.

"Look," he showed me his hand, he stuck the flower sticker on it.

"My sticker..." he kept my sticker.

"Here," he was holding a stuffed octopus, "You like octopi. Your dopamine rises when their mentioned."

"It's like Mama..." I picked it, "Squishy."

"Come out," he sat down on the rug.

"No."

"I won't hurt you."

"No... I don't want to..." I stayed back.

"I can take you anywhere you want."

"I want to stay here."

"Then we can stay here."

"Why are you here?" I asked.

"To see you."

"Why?"

"Because I missed you."

PoV: Knuckles

"Has anyone seen Metal?" Silver asked.

"When did he disappear?" I looked around, "He's after Sonic again."

"Ah!" Thunder struck from the storm and Tails freaked out again.

  He had a fear of thunder, and normally Sonic held him through it all. No one else could help him.

"Lets go," I started to head off to the house Sonic was in.

  We were bringing him back home tonight no matter what.
