PoV: Sapphire

"Where did you come from?" I asked the robot. It was still sitting on the rug.

"I was built by Eggman."

"Eggman? That's a funny name," I laughed.

"It is humorous."

  Thud.

"What was that?" I heard something coming from outside.

"You wish to stay here correct?" Robot asked.

"Yes... this is my home..." I heard more noise. Crash! "Ahh!" I was picked up by robot, "Let go!"

"Remain calm, I'll need keeping you in this location as you wished."

PoV: Shadow

  We made it to the house. The two adults were talking in the kitchen once more. Sonic and Metal were in the living room. We snuck in and metal picked up Sonic.

"Sonic," Knuckles walked up to him and Metal backed from up, "Metal give him to me."

  The robot just stood there, not obey our orders.

"Tails, what's with the faulty programming?" I asked.

"I don't know- my comunicator is blinking," Tails opened, "He's texting me."

"Who?" Knuckles asked.

"Metal, he says he'll only obey Sonic... Because I put him down as the leader. So he's the one in control..." Tails sighed.

"Why would you do that?" Amy snapped, "That's it, I'm grabbing him!"

"Sapphire..." the little girl woke up, "Get away from him!"

  She grabbed Sonic from Metal.

"May!" The adults noticed us.

"Metal, grab them now!" I snapped.

  I held up a chaos spear and he obeyed. He grabbed Sonic and the girl.

"Time to go," I grabbed metal and the other made contact with me. I used both chaos emeralds at once, "Chaos Contol."

PoV: Sapphire

"Where are we..." I hugged May, "May..."

"Sapphire stay close to me," she said.

  It was scary here... I didn't know where we were, but it wasn't raining here. The sky was quiet. There was no floor, just grass. Big trees were everywhere, they made everything dark.

"Sonic!" The scary lady was running to me. Robot pushed her away, "What was that for?!"

"Metal says Sonic doesn't like you."

"That's impossible! He loves me!"

"Hey," the purple one sat down next to us, "My name is Blaze. It's nice to meet you. Can you tell me your names?"

"May, this is Sapphire," May was talking to her.

"You two must be scared, I don't blame you. My friends were very rude, taking you away like that," she had my octopus toy, "You dropped this, I'm sure you want it."

  I took it from her, "T-thank you..."

"We should take the girl back, we don't need her-"

"Amy!" Blaze shouted, "Don't be so insensitive. These two have been together for two months now, you can't just separate them. Keep quiet and let me handle this since your mother's instinct is clearly inefficient."

"How dare you!"

"Amy," the one with red stripes stopped her, "That's enough."

"Sapphire," Blaze said, "how old are you?"

"He's two months old now," May said, "Why do you want to know."

"I have a story to tell you two," Blaze said, "and it involves a blue hedgehog, just like you Sapphire."

"... Like me..."

"Exactly like you," she said, then she darted the story, "There was boy who used to fight evil. One day he had to fight the bad guy on a boat. While they were fight, the boat got a hole in it, so it started to sink. When the boat sank, the boy disappeared into the ocean, and his friends were very sad. So they wanted to find him, but they never did until they found a robot could find the boy. His friends followed the robot to an island where they found the boy, but the friends only wanted to take him home, they forgot about the boy's feelings and his new home. When they finally talked to the boy, they learned that he lost his memory and didn't know who he was anymore."

"What happened to the boy?" I asked.

"His friends were very rude and took him with out asking him first. Now, he's still here with me," she said, "Sapphire, you don't remember who you were before May found you. I want to help you get your memory back," she said, "Will you let me help you?"

"I don't know..." I liked being with May, I didn't want it to change.

"Don't worry, it won't be scary, I promise."

"You really knew Sapphire before the octopus gave him to me?" May asked.

"Octopus?" Blaze repeated.

"When I found Sapphire he was asleep in the water with an octopus and her babies," May said, "She gave him to me."

"So that's why he said he came from an octopus."

"Yes, I knew him before you named him," Blaze said, "Back then his name was Sonic the Hedgehog."

"Sonic..." Like the word I wrote down by accident... "Its not going to be scary right?" I asked her.

"No," she moved my quills from my face, "It won't be scary."

"And you'll stay with us?" May said.

"Um... well... I guess I could take care of you guys for a few days."

"Okay," May stood up and carried me on her back, "You can help him, but just you," May looked at the mean people, "Not them."

"Alright."

PoV: Blaze

"I can't believe that worked," Silver said as we took Son- Sapphire and May home to sleep in my bed.

"Their kids, so you have to be deliquiet with them," I answered.

"You're move impressive than anyone," Silver covered then with a blanket.

"Their my responsibility for now. Honestly... I don't want Sonic to get his memory back."

"Why not?!"

"You saw how happy he was. And if Sonic gets his memory back, we'll have to separate them... I don't want to put a little girl through that."

"So... what do we do?"

"I'm not sure yet. But... I don't want to see them torn apart."
