Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.The reason is because the food is amazing!I was sitting at a table with my family eating.The food taste better than ever but it was still the worst holiday ever.The doctor left me 3 months ago saying he had to go on a dangerous mission.He said it was a planet a human would die automatically on.After I ate all my food I cleaned up my space and went into the living room with everyone that was finished eating.

My cousin who I treated like a sister sat next to me.

"Whats wrong y/n?"

"Well remember when I told you about the doctor?"

"Yeah."

She gasped.

"Did you start dating and he break up with you?That son of a-"

"No and please never call him that.He just went on a dangerous mission 3 months ago and he hasn't shown up."

I could feel my warm tears falling down my cheeks.

"Oh y/n come here."

She wrapped her arms around me and I cried into her arms.She tried cheering me up by rubbing my arm and saying confronting things.I thought I heard something weird but I ignored it and kept crying.Then I heard it again.And again and again.I got out of my cousins arms and stood up .I couldn't hear it clearly through my family chattering.

"EVERYONE QUIET!"

Everyone shut up.I herd the sound more clearly and I realized it was the TARDIS.I ran out the front door to see the Tardis.The house was on a farm so in front was a long field of green grass. The doctor came out of the TARDIS and smiled.I started running toward him and he did the same.When are bodies collided I wrapped my arms and legs around him.We kissed like if it was our last time seeing each other.After the beautiful kiss he pulled away.He noticed I was crying.

"Why you crying darling?"

"Because you were gone for 3 months"

"Oh i'm so sorry.You know how the TARDIS is about landing.For instance I might want to land July 4th The TARDIS takes me to January 4th."

"I'm just so glad your here with me."

I hugged him and he hugged me back till he noticed my family.

"So thats your family?"

"In the flesh."

I unhooked from him and held his hand.

"I love you Doctor."

"I love you too Y/n."
